I am a first time buyer who had the worst experiences at other dealerships that had no interest in selling me a car because of my age -21 and my budget. This was not the case at great neck of Nissan. I tra other dealerships that had no interest in selling me a car because of my age -21 and my budget. This was not the case at great neck of Nissan. I traveled fall the way from the Bronx, to check out a Honda accord. Arriving at the dealership, the place seemed really outdated from the outside. But honestly never judge book by its cover. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by Veda. She was the most friendliest person I've ever meet at a dealership. She offered us food, and drinks, and made sure we were comfortable. My mother and Veda really hit it off when it was come to test drive the vehicle Veda allowed me to really see the car at work which I appreciated! After deciding that this car was for me, we met with sal who gave us the numbers, worked out the kinks and found a affordable price with perks!. After speaking with finance, who is very caring, being I was young she was giving me advice on how to continue from here and just life in general, she was able to put me in a practicaly brand new Honda accord coupe! .. I couldn't thank her enough, litterally started crying because it was such a difficult experience for me and great neck of nissan made it soo smooth and easy for me. It's a fun family owned business and I would definiately come back for future purchases. Thanks again More
My credit is in its initial stages of recovery from multiple financial disasters. I was treated like the most important person in the room, despite the fact that they were incredibly busy. I thought multiple financial disasters. I was treated like the most important person in the room, despite the fact that they were incredibly busy. I thought I wanted a Rogue; I test drove one and liked it. It was beyond my price range though, since I wanted one with all the bells and whistles. Stacy had taken delivery of a 2009 CX7 Mazda that had even more goodies than the Rogues which I had tested! And it was in my price range. It was also a prettier color. The car I brought in trade was, for all intents and purposes, undriveable. The driver's side door handle was broken inside and out. The only way I could get in and out of the car was to roll down the window, hang myself half way out, and pry open the door with my arthritic hands. The folks at Nissan sent me off in a loaner. The was Saturday. The Mazda was ready on Monday. They put new tires on and washed it. The service plan I have with the car is fantastic. I am a disabled American with rheumatoid arthritis. Every effort was made to make me comfortable. Stacy was amazing. Marc was amazing. Robert Kennedy is suave, debonair, and he looks like Actor John Malkovitch. More
Fantastic Car Dealer! This was my first car buying experience at a dealership and all I can say is that this was a smooth, easy, pleasant transaction. A few people referred me to Stacey-General Manage experience at a dealership and all I can say is that this was a smooth, easy, pleasant transaction. A few people referred me to Stacey-General Manager at Great Neck Nissan. Long story short, I was rear ended and “sandwiched” between two large vehicles and my car was a total loss, TOTALED! I was out of a car and didn’t know what I was going to do. Time was running out and so was my car rental. I finally decided to reach out to Stacey. It was a Sunday and I didn’t realize it was her day off. She was with her family but she stayed on the phone and went over the basics with me. I gave her my price range and specs. She diligently followed up with me the next day (Monday)-and by Tuesday night I was looking at inventory in my price range. Not once did she pressure me into taking something that night. She actually sent me home and told me to think about it. I went home to sleep on it and the first thing I did the next morning was text Stacey to let her know which car I wanted. Later that day I went in signed my paperwork and left an hour and a half later with my Rogue(CPO)-her professionalism through the entire sales procedure made my first vehicle purchase a great pleasant experience. No wonder Stacey is the GM at Great Neck Nissan-she was knowledgeable, friendly, and really showed me that she cared about me and my car needs. Stacey and her staff will go out of their way to make you, their customers satisfied. They truly know how to treat people; it’s nice to be able to walk into a car dealer and know that all of the staff is honest and you are being treated with the best service and not getting ripped off. Next time you are purchasing/leasing a vehicle, be sure to stop in at Great Neck Nissan. You'll find out just how car buying/leasing should be! Thank you Stacey for all you've done-you will ALWAYS have my business and referrals. I really appreciate you, your honesty and your help! -CJ More

I went quite Great Neck from Amityville to purchase a vehicle under my friend's recommendations. I met with Stacy. At first she seemed genuine until I purchased the car. I was promised car mats, an owner vehicle under my friend's recommendations. I met with Stacy. At first she seemed genuine until I purchased the car. I was promised car mats, an owners manual, and a cigarette lighter ( it was missing) . Simple things that should be a simple fix. Anything but that !!! She finally after a month found an owners manual so I could figure out how to set controls properly. She never sent me the mats nor the lioghter. I dont smoke but the empty hole in the console was unattractive. I purchased one on my own. Since she never made good on the mats my light beige carpet got destroyed. I purchased a set of plastic mats to help the issue and save whatever I could of the carpet but as we all know you will not get a mat to cover the whole floor unless they are dealer mats ! I had to bring the car back 2 times in the first 3 weeks of purchase due to a rattling noise that they couldnt figure out until a mechanic test drove the car with me and finally figured it out. The customer waiting room was COLD as ice and this was in the middle of January. There was NO HEAT ! It was dirty and uninviting as well. The map light stopped working and they refused to replace the part. She instead told me it was $500.00 and if I can find the part at a junk yard she would install it for free. This was only 1.5 weeks of owning the car. I purcahsed an extended warrenty that was never sent to me. Stacy didnt even give me the number to call if I ever got stuck on the road since I have roadside assistance with the warrenty plan that I chose. She gave me her cell number that she would never answer nor return any of my messages. I would leave messages on her extension as well and no return calls. She never would return text messages as well. She did however pick up the phone for my friend when he called to ask her about the issues I was experiencing with the sale. She then would relay the information to HIM to tell me. Mind you he DOESNT work for NISSAN at all ! !! She is very unprofessional and she is the "general manager" .... If you are looking for a used or new Nissan do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Great Neck Nissan IS NOT the place to buy. I purchased my car Jan 2012. This has all been happening over the course of not even 2 months. If this is how a "general manager" provides customer service you can only imagine how those that work underneath her are. Find another Nissan dealership. I am in the process of reporting this to fox 5's Arnold Diaz for the hall of shame. I REPORTED THIS TO NISSAN CORPORATE AS WELL. I am now awaiting Joe Valentino's phone call ( he owns Great Neck Nissan ) however according to Stacy " He will be happy to listen although he wont cover my broken part" THAT LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THAT THEY ALL ARE THE SAME WAY. She claims she will have him call me , but since Stacy doesnt like to return phone calls I seriously doubt she will even give him the message. Therefore FOX 5 will have to settle this !!!!! STAY AWAY AND BUYER BEWARE !! More
This was by far, the most pleasurable experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I have been pressured, wheeled and dealed in the past; HOWEVER, the minute I walked into Great Neck Nissan I was greet ever had at a car dealership. I have been pressured, wheeled and dealed in the past; HOWEVER, the minute I walked into Great Neck Nissan I was greeted with a smile, treated with respect and given straight-forward answers to all of my concerns and questions. Veda Fried was amazing and her patience was second to none. Mike and Carl in finance were also fantastic. The general manager Michael Scarpace gave me his personal cell number and told me to call him with any concerns. I was presented with many options and offered the best possible deal. If you are considering a Nissan, you do not have to think twice...this is the dealership to go to. I will never go anywhere else! C. Ginzberg More

I recently purchased my first new car and my experience at Great Neck Nissan was great from beginning to end. I came to this dealer as I heard bad stories of the nearby Star Nissan and was pleasantly surp at Great Neck Nissan was great from beginning to end. I came to this dealer as I heard bad stories of the nearby Star Nissan and was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness I received at Great Neck Nissan. They stressed the fact that they take pride in their service as well as being a family run dealer rather than some of the larger dealers where you get lost in the shuffle. Starting with a test drive with Veda Field, she helped me pick through the different packages and colors that I wanted and managed to get the car to their lot prepared and ready by the next day. When we returned the next day, I worked with Sal where we were able to compromise and finalize on the price. I was upfront with my budget and they helped provide options as well as exact numbers including fees and taxes so I wouldn't be surprised by any hidden fees. They even helped me set up getting my own car insurance as well as get a great rate. We were offered dinner when we were stuck waiting for finances as they were working with another client. We didn't finish until 11pm but Veda stayed until we were done. The best part was when I found out my new car came with some extra free service perks like 2 years of tire and rim repair which is perfect for perfect for the horrible roads and potholes in Queens. I highly recommend coming to Great Neck Nissan as they felt like they genuinely wanted to help me make the best decision that I could whether I purchased a car from them or not. More
