The team here is amazing, never seen dealers so genuine, they treated me like family... They Picked me up since i didn't have a car, this was my first lease, no one else was willing to pick me up and take me home... Marc, the best dealer in the world, picked me up in the car I was interested in and, showed me all the features of the car... Never pushed me into leasing a car, wanted whats best for me, advised me on all the cars, and was willing t work with me... Michael is the best manager thee by far, this guy is funny, but a great businessman, and Lori is a miracle worker, she is so sweet, she got me approved, when i thought i wouldn't be, i thought all hope was lost, but someone how she made it happen, great financial person... These three are the best team by far, if you can work with anyone there it would be them... I am referring everyone i know there... My brothers have been leasing cars for a very long time, and even they couldn't believe the deal these there got me... I couldn't be happier with everything... All the guys working there are good, but these three are the best by far, cant say that enough... Thanks More
This dealer sold us a car with bad brakes and they knew it. The car was garbage from the first day. When I called them they wanted nothing to do with it. Stacey treated us like garbage. Leased a new 2012 Murano LE and was very pleased with the process at the dealership. My salesman was Lonceny Camara who was very pleasant and helpful. Was looking fo a new nissan Altima SV, and was recommended to Great Neck Nissan. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I felt welcomed,relaxed and not pressured. I told the saleperson Vinny I was looking for a 2013 Altima SV with certain options. After finding a car they had in stock ( had to change my mind about the color, which I am glad I did ) we worked out a price and drove out with it the same day. Stacey and Sal are great to deal with. They will go out of their way to help you and make your car purchase a pleasant experience. I will be sending my friends and family there to purchase a vehicle. This is the place to buy! More

After losing my car in the recent hurricane Sandy disaster the last place I wanted to be was in a dealership wasting hours of my time being sold a line of non-sense. To my pleasent suprise this was not the case walking in to Great Neck Nissan. I was greeted by Dennis in a welcoming and professional manor. We sat and talked about what brought me to Nissan and what kind of car I might be interested in, within no time he was back a forth locating the car and talking numbers. By the end of the day I was out the door with a brand new car and a payment that was fantastic. Dennis left a wonderful impression and I have already referred him to a number of friends and coworker. I have been shopping for a car for quite a few months now. I had been looking online for a good price and vehicle. I shopped around a bit but nobody was really helpful as I wanted them to be. Other dealerships did not give me proper information nor did they help me select the right car for me. I ran across the Great Neck Nissans website and wanted to inquire about a few cars that I had seen in their inventory. I contacted the dealership asking if a few cars that I was interested in were still available. They passed the phone over to a very nice gentleman named Dennis. Dennis was amazing. He was polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. He asked me what my price range was, what features were important to me and what kind of vehicle I would be looking to get. He then told me he would do some research to see if he can find a car that fits best for me and my needs. He called me back within minutes with three different models that he said I may be interested in. He showed me where to find them online. I looked them up and was interested in one specific one. He told me that the car was at another lot but he would have it at the dealership by the time I arrive. When I arrived at the dealership Dennis greeted me in a very professional manner. He was already busy with customers but gave me the key and showed me where the vehicle was so I can take a look at it while he finished up with his current customers. Once he finished he came over to me showed me the features on the car, and did a test drive. After driving the vehicle and seeing all the features I was ready to give him the green light. He helped me fill out the paperwork and got me approved, a great rate, and 0 down. Exactly what I was looking for. We finalized everything and I picked up the vehicle the next day. GREAT SERVICE! PROFESSIONAL! AND POLITE! Dennis made me very happy and I have already referred him to family and friends. Definitely going to him from now on. I first walked into Great Neck Nissan in December 2011 to look at a Rogue. As a Sentra and Altima owner, I wanted to stay in the family. My GF thought different and we bought a Jeep. However the sales man I dealt with named Marc Rathaus left a great impression. My previous Nissans were always from Nemet Nissan, and when it came time to get the 13 Altima, I found my sales guy at Nemet had left. I was in a predicament as the car had 18,000 miles over the allowed amount. Unfortunately Nemet had no interest in helping me with this problem. I still had Marc's email and sent him a quick note to see if he was still at Great Neck. Got not only a quick response but a fully detailed answer with genuine enthusiasm. Went into Great Neck on a Saturday Afternoon. They had Bagels and Pizza a plenty on Saturdays so a good day to go!!! Told Marc the situation and what car I wanted and what price I wanted. We came to a deal with ease and they had my car on sight ready to go. As Hurricane Sandy was approaching I didnt want to take the car. So I waited. And then the Altima I was turning in got rocked by a Tree in the storm. So I ended up turning in a busted car, 17,000 miles over, and when I got there I made the bold decision I wanted to upgrade the car I had signed off on. This would have been enough to annoy any salesman no matter how much they wanted your business, but Marc and his management team took care of everything. I spent a good bit of time at the dealership in all of the process, and really got to know Marc more than just a car sales guy. He really does have the best intentions for his customers, and I highly recommend you request him when you go there. When I got the car he walked me through all of it and even synced my phone to the blue tooth. A process no other salesman has ever done for me. Marc's the best! I always HATE the finance manager part, because there are always surprises. Every lease I have ever done has always had the deal change in the finance manager room. The price goes up, the months go down, the milage was wrong, the wear and tair isnt covered, we're not paying ALL of your old payments, etc. Always something. First time that never happened. Susan was great. This is one of the few dealers where I felt everyone was genuine. Of course the name of the game is selling cars, but they do it with Class. More

At this point, my wife and I were tired of listening to false promises and fake empathy. We were bombarded by sales pitches disguised as "Hurricane Relief Offers and Discounts" which were just disgusting efforts at price gouging. Just as we were about to give up on our endeavor, we met Sal Amendola at Great Neck. His straight foreword approach combined with his ability to make someone feel welcomed was a relief after an exhausting day of disappointments. We walked out with a new vehicle my wife fell in love with and a monthly payment I can't complaint about. I'd also like to recognize the kind efforts of Lonny (our sales person) and Susan (finance) who were also instrumental in making the "deal" happen. If you are replacing a vehicle you lost due to the storm, don't waste your valuable time and make this place your first stop. You won't regret it. More
