I walked in and I was not pressured. Adolfo Rodriguez helped me out, with aid from his manager Joe Mele to get the car I wanted at a great price. I saw the car which was a former lease. It was a 09 Maxima S. there was 2 cosmetic issues I found unappealing, and with very little haggling they helped make me happy. the business manager lori Roberts was very straight forward and let me know what my options were as far as coverage, and I chose what was right for me. I would highly recommend great neck nissan they are helpful and have personality. It is truly a a wonderful dealership if you are in the market for a new/used car. they don't want you to leave feeling unsatisfied! More
Don had me at Hello! I had been to a couple of other dealerships that day, including another Nissan and the customer service was either non-existent or not acceptable. I went from a salesperson telling dealerships that day, including another Nissan and the customer service was either non-existent or not acceptable. I went from a salesperson telling me that HE "had to make some money on the sale", to walking around another lot for 15mins, getting in and out of cars and not being approached by anyone. When we got to Great Neck, my Husband got out the car to go look at the car I wanted. Don, who was engaged in a conversation w/ other employees at the time, IMMEDIATELY walked over, shook his hand and introduced himself. I watched all this happen from the car and I knew that Don was the guy I wanted to deal with. His attention and mannerisms were nothing short of refreshing. At the time Don was still training so he had to bring in his manager Sal to help orchestrate the sale of the car. I was adamant about the car I wanted, the color, and the price I wanted to spend and Sal worked with me the entire time and was never once pushy. Sal promised to make me smile and I am happy to say that he delivered on that promise! I purchased my car that same day, picked it up 3 days later and I am still smiling! The follow-up from Don since has been great also. He has called once or twice to check on how things are going with my new car... It's just enough to know he's still available to me after the sale without being overbearing. Thank you Don & Sal... You are Awesome!!! More

I walked in and within 15 minutes I had a great deal on great car. I am waiting for my daughter to come home so I can give it to her. I leased my 2013 Altima SL about 3 months ago. First of all, let me just say, I love this car. The redesign Nissan did to the Altima is top notch. Top notch is also how I would describe Great Neck Nissan all, let me just say, I love this car. The redesign Nissan did to the Altima is top notch. Top notch is also how I would describe Great Neck Nissan. I went there, hoping to get out of my lease on my Honda CRV. My salesman, Mark, who is no longer there, was very helpful in showing me the Altima. He didn't think I had a chance on making a deal with my Honda. Well, let me just say, that Sal got involved and made the deal happen. He sat with me and asked if I wanted to take the car home that day. I said yes and he said give me a few minutes. True to his word, Sal came back, maybe more than a few minutes later and said the car was mine. Not only did Sal get me the car I wanted, he got me a great price. I was thrilled. Sal tried to get the car prepped for me that day, but business was hopping and the service department was swamped. Sal offered to deliver the car to me the next morning and pick up my Honda. I said that would be fine. Now, having a lot of experience purchasing cars, I figured there would be a problem along the way and maybe I wouldn't get it the next morning. Boy was I ever wrong. True to his word, at 8:45 AM Sal and Jesse were in my driveway with my new Altima. As my wife and I looked out the door, there was Sal, in his suit, with a spray bottle and cloth, wiping down my car. I was shocked. I went oustide and Sal said he wasn't happy with the prep job. He wanted to go over a couple of spots and said that I should bring the car in next week and the whole car will be prepped again. He couldn't apologize enough. I said that would be fine. While Sal did some paperwork with my wife, Jesse sat with me in the car and went over all of the workings of the car. I brought the car in a couple of weeks later, to get prepped again and also to complain about a rattling noise, from the trunk. I just couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from. I ended up having to leave it overnight and was given a rental for the day. Peter wanted to make sure the noise was found and the prep was done properly. From what I understand, one of the technicians rode in the trunk so that he could find the noise. Now that's service. I got my Altima back in tip top shape. It was spotless and noiseless. I was thrilled. I had also left some things in my Honda, that I forgot about. When I called Great Neck, I spoke to Stacy, who said I shouldn't worry and my things will be in her draw when I come in. True to her word, my things were in her draw waiting for me. Unfortunately, my story doesn't end there. I had an accident, 5 weeks after getting my car. Someone decided to make a right turn from the center lane and I went right into her, as I was in the right lane. I was furious and very unhappy. She apologized, but the damage was done. $4000 worth. I had to call Great Neck, the evening of the accident, to get some paperwork for my insurance company. Not an hour later, Sal called to see if I was okay and offer his assistance. He offered to get my car towed to the dealership and he said he would pick me up in the morning to get me a rental. I couldn't thank him enough, but my insurance company already had everything in motion. Sal said that I should bring the car in, after I get it back and the service department will check it out to make sure everything was done properly. I really appreciated that. Sal really came through for me, more than once. I got my car back 2 weeks later and it is as good as new. I'll be getting an oil change next week and have the car checked out. I couldn't be happier that I chose Great Neck Nissan. More
