We went to another Nissan dealership (Westbury Nissan) first hoping to lease a car. We were there for an hour and couldn't believe how horrible customer service was. After speaking to somebody over the first hoping to lease a car. We were there for an hour and couldn't believe how horrible customer service was. After speaking to somebody over the phone we went to see him in the afternoon to find out that he left for the day and left somebody else to talk to us. This new person had very little knowledge and couldn't answer our questions. They had giving us a price over the phone and this new person had all figures changed. The service was horrible and we left. We decided then to go to GREAT NECK NISSAN. The minute we got there Dennis Kinslow gave us his full attention. What a great guy he is! Very respectfully, full of knowledge and humble. Not the typical sales person. We were very impress by his knowledge and attitude. The type of person that you want with you at all times. Then we met Lori. Great human been. She explained to us different options. She is full of knowledge also and help us make decisions not base on what kind of money they wanted from us but what was best for us. They treated us so good that we trusted them and leased the car from them right there. I haven't stopped talking to other people about them and the kind of treatment we received that night. Dennis and Lori, you are one of a kind. Thank you. Great Neck Nissan should be very proud of you also. We definitely will be back and recommend other people to you. More
I am writing this review because my experience was the way it should be when your buying a car. From the minute I walked in the door until I left, I felt the salesmen Vinny and manager Sal were wonderful way it should be when your buying a car. From the minute I walked in the door until I left, I felt the salesmen Vinny and manager Sal were wonderful. I usually end up walking out when it gets to the point to see the manager. I felt that Sal was up front and honest and didn't try to change anything when I decided to buy the car. I would highly recommend this dealer and even offered to take both of their cards to hand out to both family and friends. If your in the market for a Nissan, this is the place to go. More

Among all the dealers we encountered, I have to say Great Neck Nissan is the best: friendly environment, knowledgeable, courteous and reliable sales person. As the model we requested were just released with a limited number of cars, Our sales rep. Dennis tried very hard to locate one for us. He even literately went extra miles (all the way to Philly) to drive the car back for us. Even though it's clear that the goal of every business is to sell the products and make profits. However, the process to reach that goal makes a huge difference for the customers. Some use dishonest tactics while others deliver good customer services. Great Neck Nissan undoubtedly belongs to the second category. I have to mention another pleasant experience. On the day to pick up the car, when we walked out the room where we just signed the paper and made the payment, all staff walked towards our direction while clapping hands and chanting. First I thought they were giving a surprise party to one of their co-workers. Soon I realized they were congratulating us on the ownership of a new car. We were pleasantly surprised! This "ceremony" made us feel we were valued and appreciated. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who eyes on a Nissan. I am sure you won't be disappointed. More
This is one of those dealers that sells you services you don't need. Came here for 15,000 mile service. I could possibly say this in one word and that would be- Amazing. But I'd be doing a disservice to them. I walked into this dealership with a difficult situation I neeeded to extricate myself from, namely a bad contract lease and as much as being 2X the mileage way ahead of my lease return time. I walked out of there 3 hrs later with a brand new lease and a great contract to boot, something that I can comfortably live with and pay for. I walked out of there, not having to sit and haggle and play mind games. They came back wiith one offer and it met my best ccase scenario for me. No try-to-exploit the situation there. I have worked with3-4 dealerships. This is my 3rd lease. Done the drill around NY for the last 8 years. This outfit is something else. Whoever owns and runs this has hand picked folks who like to be part of thee process of helping people buy cars and not try to perch themselves on a high stool or subtly make an okay deal look the best you can do for yourself. I started with Fred an outstandingly engaging personality, Sal who walked in, said Hi - here is a deal that we feel we can do for you...and it was a deal i simply could not walk away from, and Lori, who took me through so many of the finer details with leasing a car no other dealership ever bothered to take me through. Thanks...... Count me "in" for a long time and unless you prove me otherwise! More
I recently decided to replace my faithful 2000 Maxima GLE. My goal was to find a low mileage pre-owned Maxima. Using Great Neck Nissan's web based inventory search tool I found a 2011 Maxima with low mil GLE. My goal was to find a low mileage pre-owned Maxima. Using Great Neck Nissan's web based inventory search tool I found a 2011 Maxima with low mileage. I made an appointment with Adolfo Rodriguez who arranged to have the vehicle transported from another location. After a test drive I was impressed and spoke at length with Adolfo and Sal Amendola. I left a modest deposit to hold the vehicle overnight while I explored more inventory. I found a pre-owned 2013 Altima SL sedan with less than 3,600 miles on the clock. I called Adolfo who arranged a test drive. The car was superb in every respect. I spent a great deal of time with Joe Mele discussing price, financing, trade-in etc. Joe was able to offer the vehicle at a great price. The transaction was completed with the very capable help of Lori Roberts. This entire buying process was handled professionally and in a very friendly manner. While waiting for the vehicle to be prepped I spoke with Stacy Baron. Stacy completed the world class car shopping experience. I should add that the dealership is undergoing a very ambitious (and noisy) renovation project. If it were not for the attentive and friendly folks mentioned above I might have walked away to shop elsewhere. I'm glad I didn't. BRAVO Great Neck Nissan! More
My mother worked in the automotive industry for 20 years so I grew up around the car business. I did my homework on what my trade-in was worth, and what I wanted to pay. I got some quotes from other dealers so I grew up around the car business. I did my homework on what my trade-in was worth, and what I wanted to pay. I got some quotes from other dealers that were relatively fair, but I didn't trust the people I had met with. I called Great Neck Nissan and spoke with Dennis and was very straightforward with him. I told him that I didn't want to "do the dance" that customers stereotypically deal with when car shopping. Dennis and I talked on the phone for a couple of days before we met for a Saturday morning appointment. When my fiancee and I entered the store, we were met with a genuine smile. It was an overall welcoming environment at the dealer - they had a breakfast spread set up on the tables, and then had pizza delivered at lunch and the customers were the first people to have lunch. We dealt briefly with Stacey the GM and she was very warm as well. We were offered a very fair offer for the trade-in and got an even better price than I expected. Not only was I impressed with Dennis' patience and Lori's (the finance manager) sense of humor, but when we got the keys from Dennis, the other sales guys in the dealership started to clap and shook our hands, congratulating us on our new car. We didn't feel like just another sale on the board. My fiancee Jessica are very happy with the new Sentra SV and highly recommend Dennis and the Great Neck staff. - Michael Kennedy More
From the moment we entered the dealership, we were greeted by Jonathan. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly put my husband and I at ease since we had a terrible experience at another dealership earlier in the week. Since we already knew that we wanted a Sentra with the driver's package; the process was pretty painless. We met with Stacey who immediately did the financials. There was no back and forth on pricing. When we went to pick up the car, Lori was quick and to the point. Thanks Lori. Jonathan, keep up the good work. You have already proven you're an asset to Great Neck Nissan. More

From the first to last visit, Fred Steinberg made purchasing our 2011 Nissan Altima Hybrid a breeze, with help along the way from Joe Mele and Lori Roberts.
