I took a couple of days to make my deccision on whether or not I would purchase the car, and Jonathan was very patient. He wasn't pushy and aggresive like other salesmen i have dealt with in the past. He really knew how to work with my price range, and found me exactly what i was looking for. My wife and I originally found a car online and called to setup an appointment. Adolfo spoke with me and had the car waiting for us when we arrived. I had leased a Nissan Sentra in 2007 and the first Cube in 2009 with Habberstad and Atlantic Shame on you, Great Neck Nissan Service Department !! I had leased a Nissan Sentra in 2007 and the first Cube in 2009 with Habberstad and Atlantic Nissan, respectively. Because my son, who owns a Nissan, recommended Great Neck Nissan Service Department to me, I went there to shop for my replacement lease in 2011. In February of 2011, I leased a 2010 Cube from Great Neck Nissan. I had a good experience with the sales personnel, being very satisfied with my monthly payment. Unfortunately, living in West Babylon, it was difficult traveling to-and-from Great Neck for services. When I went for my usual oil change and tire rotation, my mechanic said I would need two-new tires: my Cube has 27,110 miles. I went to Great Neck Nissan on 9/9/13 to question why my tires needed to be replaced at 27K miles! Peter, in the Great Neck service department said "Well, it depends how you drive the car." After I asked what he could do about the tires, he did not offer to assist me. I went back to West Babylon, disgusted and dissatisfied. Today, 9/10/13, I called Great Neck Nissan, and first spoke with the receptionist, Raquel, who was very friendly and understanding. I was then connected with Frank D'Agostino, the service manager. He told me it's not unusual for tires to wear out, since they are rated for 30K miles. He offered no other assistance or alternatives. I did not appreciate your response, Frank, since your 'service' was just a dismissal of Great Neck's reliability and responsibility, AND the car's mileage is under 30K . I will take my business for my replacement lease to another dealer, where service has integrity and reliability. Very dissapointed! More

My husband and I came to this dealership over the weekend to lease a Pathfinder. While I've owned an older pathfinder, the new model is much bigger and I requested a test drive. We brought a quote we received from another Nissan dealer and Adolfo was able to match it. We felt we got a good deal. We decided not to go with the other dealership because they were too pushy. There was absolutely no sales pressure here. Every employee we spoke with was very friendly, informative and very knowledgeable about the car. Carlos gave us a very detailed rundown of all the interior features in the car and helped set up my blue tooth. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for friendly no-pressure sales service. More
