Wonderful experience from start to finish ! My name is Stacey-Ann , and I just purchased a 2012 Cpo Nissan Rogue thanks to the great help and hard work of MY team at Great Neck Nissan . I walked in to my appointment already with a chip on my shoulder , having just left Nissan of Bayridge after waiting 30 minutes to get prices which I still didn't have . Carlos was with a client at the time . He broke to acknowledge our arrival , then eventually handed us over to Joe when he realized he was going to be further delayed . After all , EVERY client deserves your time and attention to their situation . From the get go , Joe showed us options, never pushy, never anything but humane. Embedded in my brain is his now infamous statement to my husband and myself " I don't want you working 3 days of your week to make a car payment". The average rep would have been more concerned with their benefit of the sale. So Joe thank you ! You opened the door to put MY reality in check ! Then there was Stacey, one of 2 ladies who sold their first-borns to help us close our deal, after much blood, sweat and tears on their part. They understood our financial situation , and boy did they work hard to make things come together . Ms Lori ( I've now dubbed the finisher ) , really went to bat for us , securing an even BETTER deal with a lower interest rate, and chopping a year off our loan all while keeping us below our expected payment ! My financial situation was NOT a good one , but this group didn't judge me, they went to work for me like I was their ONLY customer and had a 700+ credit score . Again I say thank you . Every member of staff I came in contact with , from my initial phone conversation with Peggy online/phone, to the lady who does the housekeeping, to the valets/car detailers , just made me more sure I came to the right /best place for this purchase . My name is Matthew. I came in to upgrade my lease. I got a really good deal a couple years ago and I was afraid that it would never happen again. I turned in m 2012 altima and walked out with two, yes two 2 a really good deal a couple years ago and I was afraid that it would never happen again. I turned in m 2012 altima and walked out with two, yes two 2014 altimas. One for me and one for my wife. Of course there was a conversation regarding price, but I never felt tricked, pressured, lured into getting a car or a package. I got a solid and most of all fair deal. I was in and out in a reasonable time. Any holdup was due to insurance company faxing/emailing documents and then the standard car prep. Veda and the GM Stacey worked together rather than the typical "Man upstairs" dealership practice where you never get to meet the mystery man (or woman) who gives the final say. I felt like I was offered a beneficial service, rather than feeling like I was SOLD a piece of moving metal. This is my second leasing with this dealership, and I dont see myself going elsewhere. First car was a Honda, second and infiniti from other dealers and I never felt as comfortable as I did here. Finance guy Chang (skydiving/helicopter flying enthusiast) was fast and made it pleasant. Sal was running back and forth pushing through whatever else needed to be finalized. And lastly, the showroom is awesome. Still minor construction but in addition to a huge sales floor that doesn't feel old or dingy, there is a huge lounge totally separate form the showroom with leather chairs, big screen tvs and coffee. When I arrived at the showroom, I was greeted by Bennett. He was very friendly knowledgeable. When I arrived I wasn't sure about what I was looking for. I had cause to call the dealership numerous times after my purchase and they were very accommodating to me. Stacy helped me with all the paperwork that I needed with my prior Nissan. Lori was most helpful with the financials. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Great Neck. More
