Working with Fred Steinberg was a pleasure. He has alot of patience, and was able to help me lease a new Nissan Rogue. He spent time explaining how to use the car, and was concerned about meeting my needs of patience, and was able to help me lease a new Nissan Rogue. I went in on a fact finding mission. Everyone was very helpful. I have to say that the experience from the sales floor to one I picked up the Juke was phenomenal. There were a couple of quibbles, but they were mostly out of great Neck Nissan's control. I am thoroughly satisfied with their professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. I would like to personally thank Sal, Eddy (the financial manager), Fred, and Dennis for their hard work in putting together a deal. They are tops in my book. More
From the initial phone call to the Vinny (Junior) Scura - to driving out of the lot - our experience with Great Neck Nissan was amazing. After a positive referral by a trusted friend, we were still a littl to driving out of the lot - our experience with Great Neck Nissan was amazing. After a positive referral by a trusted friend, we were still a little reluctant to make the trip from SOUTH JERSEY out to Great Neck. Our doubts ended the minute we walked into the dealership. Greeted by the valet with a smile - and by a welcoming staff, we knew making the trip was the right decision. All the salespeople, prep people, and other essential staff were smiling and having a good time. As a customer - it's nice to see "happy" employees. It really says a lot for the environment they work in, and the people they work for. Knowing we were traveling a distance, Vinny had the vehicles we were interested in ready and waiting for us. That alone showed us that we were dealing with professionals that had respect and consideration for our time. We worked very closely with VInny S. and Vinny F. on making the decision between several cars. Vinny S. was very willing to work with us and the budget we had. During this time - we were treated very courteously by the rest of the staff --- There was an event going on at the dealership - we were offered beverages, food, popcorn - they couldn't have been any better to us. Even thru a bit of an "unavoidable" little issue (due to the holiday) - patience and a sense of humor were shown. At the end of the day, we were very satisfied with the purchase and truly appreciated the attention we were given. Is it out of the way and crazy to drive 100 miles for a car (one way), when in fact we passed probably 10 Nissan dealers? Yes... it was. BUT... It was worth it!! We would do it again to deal with the staff of Great Neck Nissan! THANK YOU TO ALL - Vinny S., Stacey, Lori & Vinny F.!!!! More
I live in Northern New Jersey, and I had heard great things from a family member about Perry Sing and Great Neck Nissan. I decided to make the trip from NJ to Long Island and soon found Perry to be an i things from a family member about Perry Sing and Great Neck Nissan. I decided to make the trip from NJ to Long Island and soon found Perry to be an incredibly knowledgeable and professional sales consultant. He made sure my experience was prompt as well as comfortable at the dealership. Eddy (finance manager) really made the finance portion of the deal a pleasant experience. When the deal was finsihed and the paperwork was signed, I was unable to drive the new car off the dealership lot (due to my late arrival and the car was unable to be prepared properly). I was concerned that I would have to return to the dealership the next day to pick up the car, but Sal (sales manager) said the car would be delivered to my house! Perry personally delivered my brand new 2013 Nissan Altima in immaculate condition to my door and made sure I was completely satisfied with the car before he left. The whole experience, along with the staff I encountered especially Perry, has given me confidence in recommending him and Great Neck Nissan to anyone I know who is looking to buy a car. More
Walking into a dealership for some people as it is for me is a "trying" experience. There are always "things" that are known by the dealership that the common person has to trust and believe what they are be is a "trying" experience. There are always "things" that are known by the dealership that the common person has to trust and believe what they are being told. There are doubts at times if the complete truth is fully on the table. I found Great Neck Nissan to be one of the more reputable dealers that I have encountered and they finally listened to what I wanted my final deal to be in regards to trade in value and monthly payment. Dennis, Sal and Stacy were very helpful in making this an actual deal. Lori was also very accommodating when it came to financing the car. I would recommend Great Neck Nissan to anyone in search of a car. More

One day after the purchasing of my truck, I noticed 2 dents on the roof and spots of sap on my truck. I brought the truck back to Great Neck Nissan, who offered to fix the truck and gave me a rental car dents on the roof and spots of sap on my truck. I brought the truck back to Great Neck Nissan, who offered to fix the truck and gave me a rental car for the day. I was told the truck would be done at 3p. I called the dealer at 3p only to be informed by my salesmen, HE forgot to call DENTEX and told me I would have to leave the truck another day. Livid, I told him I needed the truck for work that afternoon, and that it was an unacceptable excuse. He called me back and said the truck would be ready by 6p that night. I went back at 6p to get the truck only to realize that the Check Tec. did not reinstall the liner properly. As I was there watching the worker install the headliner (he didnt know I was standing behind him) I heard him tell his partner that he couldnt get the washer in with the screw. The other guy ( who didnt see me either) replied not to worry about it. Thats when I asked why he can't he put the screw in, with the washer, the way it's supposed to be? Realizing, I was present and watching, they took it apart and re-did it. I then gave them a $10.00 tip and thanked them. At that point , I noticed that the Check-Tec was NOT wearing any gloves, consequently, leaving grease on the corners of the headlinier. Following this, I walked into the showroom, for the second time, without anyone acknowlegding my presence. I then approached Michael S at his station to let him know I was waiting for someone to help me, while the owner, Joe Valentino was standing just 2 feet away and not once, did he bother to ask if I needed help, or how did I like the truck or did i get the help I needed? Not a word! I walked away, stood quietly in the showroom floor, when Michael came forward and asked how he could assist. I explained what transpired and voiced my feelings on how unfriendly the staff has been. I told Michael that I never want to return to this unfriendly dealership again, that I would use another Dealer for my warranty. Feeling completely helpless, knowing I had to get to work, I walked outside to wait for my truck and Stacey approached me, asking what she could do to make my situation better. I explained to her about the poor workmanship of the Check Tec, who worked on the headliner and not getting the dents out of the roof completely or restoring the truck to it's original state was more than disturbing! Additionally, my truck was parked in their lot under a sap dripping Pine tree! Stacey offered to detail my truck or give me two plastic bed rails for all my trouble. I took the bed rails she offered but still walked away, thinking ,this place has only one mission: just to sell the vehicles and then to get them off their lot.....after this.........you are on your own. It would be the expectation of any client, after spending so much money to be treated with respect and as other dealerships do, "as one of the family" .......or at the least a sincere acknowledgement of purchase! I never made a complaint before this terrible experience and hope this complaint translates into better social skills on the part of Great Neck Nissan staff. on TV. More
