We were ready to quit, but decided to enter the well-lit showroom that was Great Neck Nissan. Our luck changed immediately! After waiting just a few moments, we were introduced to our salesman, Ramon Marmol. Ramon took us to see several used Nissan automobiles and we chose a 2012 Sentra. The experience was most delightful! Ramon was very professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the cars we saw and of the buying process. He was willing to spend all the time necessary to answer all of our questions and make us comfortable with our decision to buy a car from this dealership. He was able to develop a level of trust that helped us to make our final decision to do so. Another aspect that impressed us was their professionalism and willingness to help. Our regular insurance company was closed today (Sunday) but Jeff Levine and Anthony Boucaud helped us in contacting another insurance carrier and facilitated in getting a quote for the car we bought. Chang Yoo made us extremely comfortable as he walked us through the financial paperwork and signing of the contracts. Overall, it was a stress free car purchase we ever made. Finally felt like a winner I hate car shopping, I hate car dealerships, and I hate car dealers that see you as a wallet full of cash and nothing else. I've had horrible experiences everytime I've gone to dealerships even just to request info on a car. They lie through their teeth about pricing, and deals, to a point where you don't feel as if you walked away with a great car, but you feel like you got cheated and as you are leaving in the car you just purchased, they are pointing and laughing at you. So in hopes to purchase a new family car we went online to see one the higher rated dealerships in the area, Great Neck Nissan. And as an administrative director for a citywide customer service agency, I wish I had these guys on my payroll. I walked in with my family, and Ramon made us feel very comfortable, wasn't trying to over sell us on anything, but was straight forward and focused on helping us find a car that we wanted, and not just any car on the lot. We spent a combination of maybe 10 hours between two visits with him before actually leaving with a car, and he never lost composure or patience with us, but was very accomodating. Mr. Chang that worked as the finance advisor was just as helpful. He didn't sugarcoat anything and was realistic about the numbers and the deal. He didn't hide anything nor push anything on us. And that's pretty much all I can ask for out of a car dealership. Don't lie, don't haggle, just tell me the darn numbers and I'll tell you if I like it or not. Not, guess what's the highest amount you can have me paying before I leave with no car. All in all, before we could even try playing hardball when the numbers were given to us, Mr. Chang went on his own to find coupons on the Nissan website and other customer discounts that were made available to us. And....they BBQ'd for everyone there. So..come on... you get to look at nice cars, they drop the prices before you even ask, and they cook for you... don't know about you, but I'm coming back to them in two years when I can sneak away from the wife and get my 370z. p.s... I still hate car dealerships, just not this one. More

Initially on the first day we didn't purchase the car, but what made us decide to purchase and fall in love with the car was the follow up and dedication that Mr. Marmol put into selling the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum to us.
