Dealer for our lifetime! Purchased our second car from Great Neck Nissan recently and was an absolute pleasure. Recently had a very bad experience at another nissan dealership (Nemet) and Great Neck made it all work. Alex Rodriguez was our sales person and he was great. Friendly, helpful and professional. Made me feel like an important client (unlike Nemet). Then worked with Oscar in finance and he was just as great. Spoke to me that was clear and precise. After driving home in our used Nissan Rogue we noticed there were a couple small defects (seat belt and usb connector). After talking with Alex, he said bring it back and they will fix it right away. If you are in the market for a Nissan, your first choice has to be Great Neck. I will be a customer for life!!!! More

In the mix I had visited Great Neck Nissan and was greeted by a a dealer named Dennis. Dennis' straight forward and good character is what brought me back to Nissan to purchase my first car. An excellent dealer for your car! I ordered a Subaru Forester with Star Subaru in June and was promised a 6-8 week delivery. As of 9/6 there was no sign of the car. I called the dealer I ordered a Subaru Forester with Star Subaru in June and was promised a 6-8 week delivery. As of 9/6 there was no sign of the car. I called the dealer numerous times and was told I should call Subaru America costumer service. I tried a few times with several hours wasted before I could finally spoke to someone on 9/5. Even though he was nice, the overall experience with that purchase was horrible. I totally lost the trust. And yet, I still didn't know when the car would eventually come. That night, I made my mind to purchase another one. The first person came to my mind was Dennis from Great Neck Nissan from whom we bought a car last year. So the very next morning I called him and he invited us to go there any time. My husband and I we went in the afternoon. Within 20 minutes the deal was done. With another hour, we drove our brand new car home! Dennis is a courteous, knowledgeable and helpful sale person that I highly admire and recommend. In the meantime, all the stuff members at that dealership are friendly and efficient, which makes the car purchase experience a super pleasant one. Actually, we could choose another maker of SUV. However, after the frustrating experience with Subaru, we decided to choose the dealer first and then the maker and model of the car. This time the same as always great experience confirms we made the wise decision. More

Great Dealership experience! I was looking for my first car and I had been to several dealerships and carmakers in the past 2 days. But instantly as I walked in here with my famil I was looking for my first car and I had been to several dealerships and carmakers in the past 2 days. But instantly as I walked in here with my family...everyone was really friendly and took care of everything. They gave me a great deal on a lease on a new Altima and took care of all the coverage, setting up insurance and I was ready to walk away with that car same day. I had a great experience especially with our sales consultant Veda Field. She was excellent and very fun as well. It added to the experience. I also msut note and liked that they had renovated their dealerhip and were quite tech savvy. They had the latest technology and tablets you sign documents on instead of paper. Overall, I would recommend this place! -Asma More
