The service manager said I could use a wheel alignment and after viewing the report I agreeded.. The car had been rolling a little rougher over the last few months but I though it could have been due to the tires.. After the tire rotation and wheel alignment I drove alot smoother.. All of the work only took a couple of hours, everyone was very pleasant and helpful as usual... More

Ramon Marmol is the man! I bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue from Ramon Marmol. He is very knowledgable about this product and he was able to proof to me why I need to pick the Rogue I bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue from Ramon Marmol. Great Experience, would recommend to everyone! I came to Great Neck after leaving another local Nissan dealer who didn't seem to be very interested in selling a car. After leaving and coming to Gr I came to Great Neck after leaving another local Nissan dealer who didn't seem to be very interested in selling a car. After leaving and coming to Great Neck, wow, what a world of a difference. Not only is the dealership itself inviting, everyone is so incredibly friendly, courteous and professional. I was lucky enough to work with Steven who is such a nice guy, he made me feel very comfortable and and really took the time to make sure I got what I wanted. I also worked with Jeff another very nice man who made my dreams come true! They worked until they found a deal we both agreed on, they didn't just turn me away like the other dealer did. I would recommend this dealership to everyone, it was a great experience and you could tell that every employee takes pride in what they do there.
