2014 Nissan Murano My wife and I went to Great Neck Nissan after a poor experience at another dealership and found Great Neck to be very different. From the moment that My wife and I went to Great Neck Nissan after a poor experience at another dealership and found Great Neck to be very different. From the moment that we stepped foot in their dealership, they were courteous, attentive and very willing to work with us on everything. We primarily dealt with Dennis Kinslow, who was very upfront with everything and all the charges and what could be done for us. For finance we then dealt with Chang on the first day, but we had to come back and dealt with Greg Rubin, Greg was very helpful as well. The dealership bought us food dinner as we were there late and they tried to make us as comfortable as possible. Everyone seemed to get along which says a lot if people enjoy working together and being around each other for such long days. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car. More

Go as far as you can from this dealership Very bad service Want to see Anthony for a used car, we negotiated on a car for sale, and was told that a price is only if I will finance I didn't w Very bad service Want to see Anthony for a used car, we negotiated on a car for sale, and was told that a price is only if I will finance I didn't wanted to finance, I had the full amount to pay in full So we left it there and I was on my way to look for a deference car 3 days later, he called me and told me that they want me to come out to the shop and close a deal with me on the discussed price in cash deal I was in the shop within 30 min, they had me wait for almost 2 hours to get the car for a test drive After the test drive I wanted to get the full price (with taxes and registration) to get a bank check and the Anthony the sales person go to his manager and they came out and say they can’t have it for the discussed price!!!!!! xxx spending over 3 hours in Sunday morning, after getting a call to come take a car at an agreed price Go as far as you can from this dealership Its look like right hand don’t know what the left one does Anthony is a very un-professional, and will promises things he cant deliver He tried to tell me and the manager that maybe I can look at a referent car, so why you spent 3 hours from my time looking at a car they didn't plan on sailing me???? New to Nissan I have to start by admitting it was not my plan to purchase a Nissan nor was I the "customer of the year." My husband and I went to "look at" a Nissan Juke after leaving another car manufacturer's dealership after a negative experience. We were instantly greeted by Ramon who was patient and professional. He took us for a test drive and answered all of our questions. He was personable, respectful (of our budget), and made this a pleasant experience. After meeting with Ramon, we met with Jordan who also maintained a professional demeanor despite my defensiveness and "lack of trust" in car salesmen. He was courteous and honest and answered all our questions with transparency. It was evident that this dealership prides themselves in customer satisfaction and is a positive and friendly environment. We also met with Chang upon our agreement to purchase the car, and he was very responsive to our needs. Overall, this dealership has went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and to work within our budget. They were willing to accommodate us, maintained a professional, kind, and courteous demeanor.
