Excellent experience - unlike anything in the past! I always hated car shopping but this was a completely different experience. Everyone in the dealership was extremely courteous and professional. They did not try to con you or push you into extras that you did not need. I worked with Sal Amendola and he was a great salesman - I felt like I got a good, fair deal and no one was taking advantage of me. Then Rocky did a great job getting the insurance set up and teaching me all the features of the car. Even the person that was responsible for detailing the car was a perfect gentleman, and only wanted to know if there was anything else he could do for me. I would highly recommend this dealer. More

DISAPPOINTED My lease on my 2015 Rogue was due in April car only had 12,000 miles was debating keeping it Went into dealer car salesman Ramon seemed so sincere an My lease on my 2015 Rogue was due in April car only had 12,000 miles was debating keeping it Went into dealer car salesman Ramon seemed so sincere and willing to help he said you can get a new one that would be plus plus what you had. So I was so happy and I thought wow they are great No money down ended up being over 2k which ok I was willing to accept because I was thinking I was getting a much better model. Ended up I was getting the 2018 S which is the same as I had with some upgraded features. If I would have shopped around I could have gotten this deal anywhere But being told I was getting a much better model I took the car I came back the next day after having no papers from them (my fault) was there for several hours. Of course they wouldnt take back the car So I was promised that I would get one of my remaining payments that I had already paid back Lets see what happens. Jeffrey Levin one of the managers and Sal seemed to be understanding so lets see what happens. I just wish Ramon who seemed so great at sale time was more upfront with me. His attitude sure changed after I told him how I felt he actually said things that were not true. I guess Im stuck with this car now and learned my lesson. Dont think I will go here again when my lease is up More

Highly recommend this dealership....Trouble Free I did my due diligence for a pre owned Acura MDX. On Wednesday I checked the pre owned inventory for Great Neck Nissan. There was only one in stock. L I did my due diligence for a pre owned Acura MDX. On Wednesday I checked the pre owned inventory for Great Neck Nissan. There was only one in stock. Luckily it was within the year range I was looking for. The color was pearl white which was the color I was looking for. Wendy contacted me within 30 minutes and my appointment was set for Sunday to view the MDX. After looking at other dealerships online to see what they had in stock I decided to take a look at the MDX sooner rather than later. I went Saturday and Jonathan was my salesman. I told Jonathan I was interested in the MDX. He took me to see the MDX and to my surprise the MDX was located indoors. Great Neck has a wide selection of cars and most are stored indoors. Lucky for me because NY was just hit with a blizzard with over 13 inches of snow and it was very cold. After viewing the MDX I met with the sales manager Joe. I left a deposit and returned Sunday to finalize the financial logistics with Edward. I signed my contract and drove it home stress free. The MDX was all clean and ready to go home. I had a trouble free transaction and I am very pleased. I highly recommend anyone shopping for a car to go to Great Neck Nissan. I will go back when it's time to purchase my next vehicle and will recommend to all my friends and family with no hesitation. Thank you Wendy, Jonathan, Joe, Edward, and Jeffrey. You all made the experience with Great Neck Nissan awesome. More
