Fantastic new Nissan Rogue Sport! I was very happy to finally get my hands on a new Nissan Rogue Sport! What a fabulous car! It has all the features I wanted in a car and I got it at I was very happy to finally get my hands on a new Nissan Rogue Sport! What a fabulous car! It has all the features I wanted in a car and I got it at a time when I truly needed it (winter). I absolutely love the way it handles and its compact size. My friends think its comfortable and "cute". Working with Alex Rodriguez and the sales representatives (Sal and Gregg) and all the others made the transaction easy and comfortable. Alex carefully took the time afterwards to explain the new features of the car. Loved all the attention and hoopla made by all the employees after the transaction was completed (applause, horns, etc..)!!! Thank you again for your continued service and professionalism. Brian has a very friendly, personable, warming demeanor. Brian was very helpful, methodical, informative, and efficient. Brian's manner was a great incentive to stay at the dealership and proceed with the negotiation to a rewarding conclusion. We did not know what to expect, but, Brian Derrick made our visit very comfortable. Let us, also, compliment Jeffrey Levin, who took the time to come sit with us, and explain the workings of the dealership, and how they viewed our patronage, and our financial reliability, with friendly, understandable candor. Both Brian and Jeffrey assured us that Great Neck Nissan, under the circumstances, desired our business, and wanted to work with us to make this experience benefit both us and the dealership. They arranged for Joseph Rello, service manager, to examine our existing vehicle, a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country LX, which we have nurtured as a part of our family for 8 years(since 2010), and only drove for about 13,000 miles in that time. Joseph was pleased with the appearance, inside & out, of our existing vehicle, and insisted that the dealership wanted it, and was prepared to make a very reasonable offer, as an incentive to trade it in. We were not sure that we were going to trade in our Chrysler, but, the offer was very nice, and would enhance the purchase of our new Nissan Rogue Sport. We did not plan on requesting very many of the featured options on this vehicle, but, these options came with the vehicle in stock, and the purchase price seemed right. In time, we will see how these options will affect us, in a positive way. We were offered two colors: Black and Pearl White. The "Pearl White" appearance was very attractive, and we selected that color. Our vehicle was available in two days, 12/19/17, and we arrived at the dealership to exchange vehicles. We sat with Gregg Rubin, business manager, to finalize the contract. Mr. Rubin was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was pleased to explain details and answer our questions. Gregg Rubin made the transaction plain and simple and as painless as possible. We have no personal familiarity with Nissan vehicles, though my adult son has owned two, since 2001: a 2001 Maxima, and a 2015 Pathfinder. The Nissan Rogue Sport handled extremely well, on the ride home. The cab interior was silent, and the ride was smooth and well controlled. Since that evening, I have been reading the owner's manual, and learning very much. Mark Lieberman called us at home on 12/29/17, to ask for our feedback and impression of driving our new Rogue Sport. Mark also answered any questions and concerns that we may have had. Mark displayed honest concern for our purchase and experience. We want to thank Great Neck Nissan for "going the extra mile" in following up on our purchase with a personal phone call from Mark Lieberman. First Finance Car experience gone bad!!! Be prepared when you come to this store and dont be fooled with their words,ask everything before you sign anything.This is my first financed car expe Be prepared when you come to this store and dont be fooled with their words,ask everything before you sign anything.This is my first financed car experience and I am already traumatized.I came to this store and want to get the 2016 Nissan Rogue with only 9,000 mileage with the price of 18,999$ and I was told that they have it in store.Talking to the salesman,he asked me what I was looking for and went to find it but came back and told me that there is already a customer negotiating about the car and that it is not a certified pre-owned car and that it is not in their store(lie#1).So I was shown a different certified pre-owned nissan rogue,and the salesman told me "Don't worry about the price,just choose which one you like and I will give you the best black friday deal price"(lie#2).Believing his words I chose the 2015 Nissan rogue with 28745 mileage and an original price of 18845$,but the deal price that we agreed is 17999$ everything included(I ask the salesman twice and he said yes).He forwarded the paper to finance and waited for approval. In finance,I was told that I was originally approved with the APR of 9.99 but they were able to bring it down to 7.99 but with extended car warranty of 2,450$ and a maintenance tire bundle of 450$ without asking me first if I want to add it.Still in my mind 17,999$ everything included I signed electronically without being told and without being shown a document that indicates the total amount that will be financed. The car that I got did not even have a second key,so I went back the next day for the programming of the second key and to give the title of the trade in car and also to get the documents of the car including the car loan documents.I was shocked when I saw the finance amount totalling to 22200$!!!and the price of the car did not even changed to the amount that i agreed to take!!!I also found out on their website that the exact car with the exact VIN# that we bought has a price of 16999$!!!!I complained to finance and was just told that 17999$ is the base price of the car blah blah blah!!!!I also requested to cancel the extended warranty and was told that I can't cancel it because it is a wrap!!So I called the Nissan extended warranty directly and in the process of cancellation.There was also a dent on the side mirror and complained,it took me several days calling them and nobody calling me back.Now I am waiting for them to call me when the side mirror part will arrive and they will change it,fingers crossed.I was so frustrated and upset with my first financed car experience!!!!Best deal equals customer satisfaction.Bad deal and a Bad experience!!!!! More
