Worth the trip, wound up buying MORE than one car from them. If you ask any company if you should buy from them, they will tell you, "Sure, we're the bestest, give us your money!" But can you always believe tha If you ask any company if you should buy from them, they will tell you, "Sure, we're the bestest, give us your money!" But can you always believe that? Because ANY company is going to tell you that, right? The only reason you are reading this now is because you are smart enough to try and get an OUTSIDE (honest) review of the company from someone who does NOT actually work at that company. I have purchased more than one vehicle from this dealer, on multiple occasions, both new and pre-owned. I had not even intended to LOOK at Nissan, but I decided to just walk in and take a quick look only because I had to pass them on the way to the Honda dealer. I spent over six months before I made a buying decision. I went to a number of different dealerships, including Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Ford, Nissan, and more. I studied the literature and specifications very carefully. After a while I was actually more knowledgeable than some of the salespeople I met (at the OTHER dealers.) When I finally decided on Nissan, I went to two OTHER Nissan dealers. I eventually made my check out to GREAT NECK NISSAN, and I will explain why. I thought I was looking for the best price, but I was wrong. What I was really looking for was the best VALUE. I chose Great Neck Nissan because I got the best car, at the best price, with the best service, from the best PEOPLE. (And they have free bagels.) When I bring my car in for routing service, I know everybody there, from Glen who takes my car, to Justin the best service technician I have ever met, to Frank the Service Manager, to the salespeople, the Sales Managers, the receptionists who answer the phone, to the General Manager Sal, who I can promise you is the best in the business. And I cannot say enough good things about Joe Mele, Joe Rello, Jeff Levin, Adlolfo, Brian Derrick, Vinnie F, Rich, Vinnie, Peter, Maggie, Katie, Eric, Leslie, Raquel, Lauren, Allison, Samantha, Kia, Nicole, Chelsea, Cecilia, Kumar; I can go on and on, they are all top notch. They actually CARE. I am not being paid anything by anybody to say these things, I endorse them because they have gained my allegiance and loyalty the old fashioned way: they EARNED it. Everybody you ever met who has a car got that car from somebody who sells cars. People buy from other people. I can virtually guarantee that if you stop into this dealership and speak to these people, you will do exactly what I ended up doing, which is purchasing a car from these people.
