When we entered the finance office , Justin Rosado in finance, was excellent. He was able to get us the car we were looking for at the right price. Nevada Hicks was the best, he really knows how to help smooth out all the issues that came up i.e. Handling geico switch, key fob issues. Manager Joe actually admitted his price was high and Gregg gave me a great rate, they gave me a great Christmas deal. I put some cash down so they worked with me. These guys are phenomenal hands down the best compared to some shady spots that will never see a penny from me. This place has earned my loyalty and money. More

This was my first time in the Great Neck Nissan and by far the BEST service I have ever had. My appointment was at 7 a.m. I was already inside at 7:01 and by 7:05 Richmon was registering my car. He was professional, knowledgable and friendly. Honestly it was just pure pleasure first thing in the morning. They had a beautiful clean waiting lounge, with fresh brewed coffee and fresh bagels, huge TV, and Rich came by 3 times in an hour and a half span letting me know the updates. I ended up waiting for the car, but was told if I need to get to work they have a shuttle there and back. After the service was done, my car was cleaned and vacuumed, I couldn't believe it. Anyways will never go anywhere else except Nissan of Great Neck and work with Rich. THANK YOU!!!!!! More
Reliable & Trustworthy My fiancé & I originally went to a Nissan dealership closer to where we live in Suffolk but we had such a bad experience with that specific dealership My fiancé & I originally went to a Nissan dealership closer to where we live in Suffolk but we had such a bad experience with that specific dealership. We went to buy a 2010 preowned Murano. At first everything was okay. We did the test drive & we really liked the car. Then it was time to talk about pricing. The amount they wanted us to pay was way over the budget we had in mind & they wouldn't even try to negotiate or help to find a better solution for us. They wanted us to pay $300 or more for 72 months. Considering the year & mileage of the car(74,000), that was pretty pricey. On top of that we tried asking what the APR would be & they were very secretive about it & made it seem like they had no idea. After going home & thinking about it, we were concerned b.c the numbers that they talked about for the monthly payment for 72 months was way over the total amount of the actual car. When we went back to discuss this, they told us it was for that long b.c of the high APR rate. In the end we felt that they weren't being truthful with us & trying to take advantage of us. So when we decided to walk away the manager got upset & mumbled profanities under his breath. That was the final straw & very unprofessional. Then we decided to look at a 2012 preowned Murano that was being sold at Great Neck Nissan. We easily fell in love with that car & we had to have it. We had such an amazing experience there. We went in telling them what we experienced with their sister dealership earlier that day & they told us they were going to take care of us & be truthful. That's exactly what they did. We dealt with Charles as our salesman & he assisted us through the test drive & the process, we greatly appreciated his kindness & help. We then dealt with Justin Rosado, the Finance Manager. He was nothing less than amazing. We told him what we were looking for & what our budget was. Because of the fact that it was a more newer car with only 18,000 miles on it, the original price per month was still over our budget. But he saw how much we really wanted the car. Now when it comes to cars that are 5 yrs old or less, you can't go after a certain amount of months to finance it. What he did for us, he called the bank & asked them to extend the months LONGER than they usually can go. That meant for us that our monthly payment went down about $80-90 a month, which put us right where we wanted to be bugdet-wise. He didn't try to lie or play any games with the numbers. You could tell he genuinely wanted to help us get a deal. On top of that we were given free perks with our purchase (oil changes, car washes, etc). He took his time to explain everything to us right down to concerns about the wording of the contract. He was patient & respectful & treated us like valuable customers. In addition to that we received a HUGE hip hip hurrah from the whole sales team acknowledging & congratulating us on our new purchase . It felt awesome. Great Neck was a far drive for us but it was 100% worth it. It's what a car shopping experience should feel like. No pressure, great assistance & honestly all the way. I definitely recommend if you want to deal with Nissan go to Great Neck. They actually care there. More

He was really sweet and once everything was finalized they even congratulated me with a song and cheered me on they made me feel so special. I would definitely make my next purchase through them. The perks I received are great. When you visit this dealership ask for Alex he's the best. I drive away in the car I wanted at the price that best suited my budget. The real reason I purchased my 2015 precertified Nissan Rogue here, was the way I was treated. I was paying cash, I went to other dealerships, and I could have purchased a vehicle anywhere. This dealership has great employees who do not hard sell you. I got an awesome deal, warranty, and the best service anyone can ask for. The finance manager Justin Rosado was so nice and very professional too, he explained things so easily & clearly to me. And at the end the whole dealership clapped and cheered for me & my new car! Bought new Nissan Maxima I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. I was about the buy a new 2016 Nissan Maxima but I was worried about the front bumper being so low to t I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. I was about the buy a new 2016 Nissan Maxima but I was worried about the front bumper being so low to the ground that it might scrap as I drove into my garage which is on a slant from the driveway. The salesman (Vincenzo Falzarano) recommended that I take a demo home and put it in the garage as a test. The demo went into the garage without a problem and I bought the 2016 Maxima. As regards the credit card question below - I used the card for buying the 3 year gold coverage that covers oil changes, inspection and other expenses. More
