I looked at the numbers and Vinny Falzarano took care of finding me a vehicle that day. The service department is always courteous especially Richmon Williams who always has a smile when greeting me. There is a complimentary coffee station with mini bagels that you can sit at tables while you wait for your car to be serviced. So it's always a positive experience at Great Neck Nissan. More

This is my 3rd pu We purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder last month from Great Neck Nissan and the experience was absolutely a nightmare until the end. This is my 3rd purchase from this dealership in the past 5 years and I was shocked on the service I got. After the purchase in mid December 2016, I waited a week or so for some accessories (mud flaps, window guards, all weather mats and bumper protector). My salesman (Navada Hicks) said everything was in and bring the car in. After 4 hours at the dealership, 3 items were installed but one was not available (bumper protector). They said it would not be available for several weeks. I wish they told me that from the beginning. Then I never received the car registration. I called and texted with Navada for 3 weeks and he said it is being taken cared of and not to worry. After a month of waiting, my temp registration was about to expire and no sign of the registration. Called Navada yet again and he said Bill Suvatey (sales manager) is handling it and "was on top of it'. After a few days of nothing, I called the dealership and spoke with Bill Suvatey. He said Navada no longer works there and he had no idea about the registration. I was shocked. He then said don't worry about it, DMV is backed up and I should get it soon. xxx!! Waited a month and this is the response I get? So out of desperation, I contacted my previous sales associate Alex Rodriguez who I had a great experience with. He assured me that everything would be taken cared of. After 10 minutes, he called back to verify what plates were on the car. After verifying, he said that there was an error in the registration paperwork (they used the wrong plate #) and that they would have to submit new paperwork. Alex drove to my house that evening (8PM) I signed the registration form and he put in the new temp registration. He literally solved this issue in a few hours that had been dragging for over a month. And this sales manager named Bill was absolutely worthless and really did not care. Anyway, Alex saved the day, restored some faith in me in this dealership. Alex is a class act, 100% reliable and is the best associate there! Great Neck Nissan is very fortunate to have someone like Alex Rodriguez there. Good thing that Navada no longer works there and stay clear from Bill Suvatey (sales manager). If Alex did not get involved, the dealer rating would have been 1 but Alex deserved a 5 thus averaging to 3 More

Overall best new car purchase experience to date I knew that I wanted a 2017 Nissan Rogue in the new Monarch Orange color and that Great Neck Nissan was supposed to have several of this particular ca I knew that I wanted a 2017 Nissan Rogue in the new Monarch Orange color and that Great Neck Nissan was supposed to have several of this particular car/color across the different models in inventory when I walked in on December 28th. I also decided to visit this dealership because I had checked the Better Business Bureau website and saw that they had an A+ rating while the Nissan dealership we had visited last December, when I was toying with getting a Rogue, had an F rating. The latter's reviews were also not very good in comparison to Great Neck's reviews. Navada Hicks greeted us (my husband and nephew joined me) and asked great questions to be sure he understood what I wanted. He was very friendly and respectful and went with us on a test drive. Jeff Levin was also very helpful in answering questions and assisting with the pricing and speaking with Justin Rosado about financing rates. I was ready to pay for the car in full to avoid the finance department after my past experiences where they would ask my husband the same question that I had already told them no thinking that we would not have discussed the issue or reading on websites that they were telling customers that the finance company required purchase of certain items to approve the loan and the finance company later told the customer that they did not require those purchases. I was pleasantly surprised with the Great Neck Nissan Finance Department. I was able to get a 0% finance rate with payments within the range I was willing to spend each month. Justin Rosado (Finance) was very different than my previous experiences. He explained everything fully and I never felt like anything was being forced upon me. Several hours after walking in, I drove my new car home and love it. I am so glad that I decided on buying the model with the leather seats that coordinate with the color of the car. I finally have a new car that includes everything I wanted and had a great experience in the process. I never felt like I was being rushed to make a decision. I strongly recommend the team at Great Neck Nissan. I am expecting the service department to be no different and look forward to bringing my car to them. Even better, the Great Neck service department is closer to my home than any of the other Nissan dealerships. More
