I am back with them and I must say I am very happy about it. The sales people were perfect. When I called I was assigned to Lauren. She was not pushy and for such a young person she had a lot of knowledge about the cars! She couldn't do enough & was able to get me into my new car exactly when she said. It was amazing. She saw that all of the paperwork was done & helped me with any questions I had. I don't think she ever went home because not matter when I needed to ask a question, day or night she was always there. As for the Service Dept....well I am happy to say I haven't needed any service to this point but to be honest it was my dealings with their service dept in the past that brought me back to Great Neck Nissan.
