The loaner and the treatment they gave me is what cause my Son-in-law and Daughter that live in Massachusetts to purchase a Hyundai Hybrid recently !!! More
When I made my appointment for my oil change, I discussed the mailer cupon i had received and confirmed the price of the oil change would be $59. He said he would write a note to that effect. Then I was asked if I also wanted a tire rotation. I said "yes" as I thought it was complimentary. I was not informed it would cost $40. So I was very surprised when I went to pay and instead of $59, it was $99. I am on a budget and was not prepared for the extra charge. Not happy about it. More

As well as making sure I was covered from bumper to bumper. This is a 500* business. Will is the coolest hardest worker I have ever met in this field. He gets it done. Again and again!! I then asked for cleaner and a rag and proceeded to clean my own windshield; I was never once questioned in the service drive by the two advisers as to what the issue might be.
