In response, we would like to state that our dealership values the health and safety of our customers, and despite our extensive efforts, we have been unable to confirm the presence of either an odor or mold in Dr. Salm’s vehicle. As we have previously explained to Dr. Salm, to the extent he presents proof that mold is present in the vehicle as asserted, we would be more than happy to pursue a claim on his behalf with Ford Motor Company under the certified pre-owned (CPO) program. You have reached out to me several times already. Most recently, I was offered the amazing opportunity to trade in my vehicle for over $14,000 less than what I paid for it... Just 3 months and 3000 miles later -- what generosity!!! Lets just be honest with the fact that selling me a MOLDY NAVIGATOR just wasn't enough... You want to screw me over on the buy-back value too! Recall, this amazingly generous offer came right after you reneged on repairing the air box properly, a commitment given to me in writing. You picked up my vehicle and kept it for over a week. It wasn't until I called for an update that I found out that you changed your mind and completed no repair whatsoever. I believe you blamed me because someone showed up from the DMV in response to my complaint regarding the mold... A complaint that I should have never needed to file but was more than warranted. The gentleman from the DMV was very clear in telling me that you told him about the planned repair, but not the fact that you were planning to backtrack on your word. Responding to my review and offering to contact me after all of this makes no sense. The only reason I can think of is that you are attempting to portray a false illusion that you are actually trying to help me, which obviously you are not. It's not fair to the public to pretend that you have your customer's backs when clearly you do not.

Mr. England, I literally took a sample from the air vent and grew a thriving mold culture for you! I emailed you numerous photos, the specific mold type that it is with a summary of uow dangerous it is, and posted all of this to the google review that I left your business. This is a simple process and something that you could have easily done yourself, if my moldy petri dish is not sufficient for you. Your responses are consistent with all of my dealings with Boucher Lincoln thus far. You avoid the facts, give excuses, and in the end, do not help even when it is obvious you should. I can't help but laugh at your last comment as I spent my time and effort giving you the proof that you say doesn't exist... 3 months of a vinegar like odor followed by a petri dish thriving with mold growth -- what more can you ask for? Science doesn't lie.
