Heat started giving me issues and salesman told me 'I don't think the warranty would cover something like that. It is a power train plus. You can take to a Chevy dealer or any ASE certified. The delay with the heat is not really safety item. We helped you out with another $1500 toward tires, body work. We can only do so much before our setup costs exceed market value. Hope that makes sense.l Which giving me money off still makes you guys mass profit and telling me it passed inspection on the heat issue? Never going back. More

I was looking to trade in a second older vehicle (1988 Ford Crown Victoria) in excellent condition on top of my 2022 Ford Escape on a new vehicle at Gordie Boucher Ford Kenosha and they suggested I take i Ford Crown Victoria) in excellent condition on top of my 2022 Ford Escape on a new vehicle at Gordie Boucher Ford Kenosha and they suggested I take it up to Gordie Boucher Lincoln West Allis and show it to "Joe England" as he may be interested in buying it. So I drove it up there all the way from Kenosha on a workday so he could look at it. He took it for a test drive, seemed to like it then said he would contact the Gordie Boucher Ford manager "Vaughn" with the numbers. I was later informed by Vaughn that he never called. Then I tried reaching out to Joe myself and I left a message politely asking if he wanted the car or not and he didn't even give me the courtesy of a callback. So I wasted my time, gas and put needless miles on my low mileage antique car for no reason. Hey, if you don't want to buy the car then just say so. Now you're getting a negative review out of it and if I ever do decide to buy that Lincoln I will make sure it won't be through your dealership. More
