Had running boards installed. Got the undercoating done. Undercoating was poorly applied. Normally a professional would've taped and covered everything before applying the coating. Clearly the person that did it is an absolute idiot. I want new running boards from ford for free and a full refund of the labor installment of the running boards and undercoating cost refunded. More

Great dealership but a little weird on how you guys do financing with the salesman doing a lot of the leg work. Not that it's bad, just different. Personally I don't think a sales person should deal with financing with the salesman doing a lot of the leg work. Not that it's bad, just different.
