The dealer informed me of a Ford defect in the tailgate and was able to replace the damaged tailgate at no charge to me. It was just a lot of scheduling issues and wrong parts ordered. Every time we brought it there, they said it would be done in a day and ended up having to keep it there overnight to get things worked on t ordered. Had my car in for nearly 2 months even though they knew the issue within 20 minutes. Took a month just to order necessary part. They called saying it was done and can drop it off. Said they would call me back to set up a time to drop it off. 40 minutes later they are at my home unannounced on a WORK DAY with my car. They never even asked if I was home before leaving. I was late to work. The person they sent knew absolutely nothing about my car and unable to answer my questions. My car wasn't running properly. I will never use the dealership again. More
