From the first point on contact on the phone through to me driving off the lot in my used car they upheld the highest level of authentic customer service I have experienced at a dealership (and I've had several.) Anyone can be a yes man and tell you whatever deal your looking at is fantastic, these guys work with you to find the right car and are knowledgeable in their field. I felt confident in their service and felt the salesman I dealt with offered genuine advise and insight into the cars we looked at. Note: This dealership is a used car dealership, and the person responsible for cleaning the cars they get needs to step his game up. The service and experience was great, but the interior and exterior of the cars needed better cleaning. When I mentioned this in conversation, salesman I worked with jumped in and cleaned our car for us without hesitation. His willingness to help did make up for the cleaner's shortcomings. Very easy going people, not high pressure sales or deceptive tactics. Would shop here again if / when we're looking for another car! Ask for Art, he'll set you up right! More

Good experience I saw the vehicle on CarGurus and went to the dealership for a test drive. Everything was fine and I bought the vehicle. I found it strange that the d I saw the vehicle on CarGurus and went to the dealership for a test drive. Everything was fine and I bought the vehicle. I found it strange that the dealership wanted me to bring a report from my bank that the check cleared. They could have easily checked that for themselves. The vehicle was delivered clean but without gas. I am used to get a vehicle completely fueled, they did add $10 worth of gas so that I could at least get it home. The staff was pleasant to work with and I can recommend the dealership. More
