Everyone is very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable right away. David was great helping me figure out financing, very thorough and didn't skip a beat! Art is amazing, He was there every step of the way, always had a helpful input, and was great with communicating. Ken introduced himself right away and became very knowledgeable to my wants/needs. Not only the car, but the people that work at Go Car Credit made my whole experience a great one. I appreciate all of their efforts In helping me. More
Tough Love I recently sent to this dealship for the 2nd time after my accident. The first experience was great with David and Dawn. I didn't expect to go back so I recently sent to this dealship for the 2nd time after my accident. The first experience was great with David and Dawn. I didn't expect to go back so soon but David really gave me and my husband the tough love and knowledge we needed to close the deal. But Art was the most pleasant. During the frustration and exhaustion of car shopping Art sooth us with his own unfortunate story that basically let us know they were people to not just looking to close a deal but to help any way possible. They defiantly help in ways others dealers did not. Dave was the muscle and Art was the heart. Also I want to include Brandon as well. I really appreciate it. More

I was looking for a 2010 Cadillac I normally deal with new car dealerships even when buying a used car. I would buy another car from this dealership. I was looking for a 2010 Cadillac CTS for a reasonable price. I had already been to two other dealerships that were not really interested in me buying from them. My experience with Art Wheatley was the best. Hopefully, I can convince my daughter to go and look for a car at their dealership. I did not feel pressured. I believe I was treated fairly and customer service was outstanding! More

Buyer Beware - Do Your Homework! Do NOT buy this car: Chevy Sonic Vin #1G1JC5SH4F4135746 it has structural damage and the dealer knows it. Ask for the AutoCheck report. I called a Do NOT buy this car: Chevy Sonic Vin #1G1JC5SH4F4135746 it has structural damage and the dealer knows it. Ask for the AutoCheck report. I called ahead about this car because the CarFax said it was in an accident but no other information. Art told me the reports did not indicate structural damage. I drove 2 1/2 hours to test drive it. First clue something was wrong - they had to put in a new battery because "it had been sitting" - but they just told me the car had a lot of interest and people had been test driving it recently. Took it to Ganley Chevrolet for an inspection (they were awesome!) - Check Engine light came on during the drive there. Car has front damage and in the dealers professional opinion "does not appear to have been professionally repaired". Exhaust is damaged, Radiator improperly installed, Air Conditioner compressor is leaking, ALL splash shields on the bottom of the car are broke and missing retainers - can possibly fall off at any time. The dealer took me under car while on the lift and showed me in some places they used drywall screws for fasteners. Check Engine Light - "vehicle also had multiple voltage codes stored in modules". Easily $2,500 to $3,000 in repairs needed. I paid $166 for the inspection. Returned and gave Art a copy of the dealer's report. They were surprised. Offered to make some repairs and then started to talk about how they had to keep on charging the battery when someone wanted to drive it. Now they tell me. Owner asked me how bad was the AC leaking indicating that if it wasn't leaking too bad, just leave it alone. My response "does it matter?". The point is it is leaking and needs to be repaired. Went back inside and then they told me that the AutoCheck report showed that it has structural damage. WOW! Wish they would have told me that when I called the first time. I asked them to "pay-it-forward" by either fixing the car for someone else or at least give the next person the report. I don't have a lot of confidence that they will. They offered to look for another car for me. I don't see how I could trust them after this experience. More

I wouldn't recommend coming in with a trade, your best bet is having a down payment ready. The service department on the other hand is absolute trash. Called because I took my car into a shop to get my tires balanced. Shop said the tires were cracking and falling apart and to contact the dealer. I called the service department the guy answered by saying his name that's it. Told them the situation and he told me they'd give me a call back. 48 hours later I'm still waiting for that call. I just called again and they answered with please hold. 5 mins later I just hung up. More
