Impressed, polite from the beginning. I spoke to Branden and David of the car I wanted and they allowed me to take it to be checked by my mechanic. After returning car I was negotiating I spoke to Branden and David of the car I wanted and they allowed me to take it to be checked by my mechanic. After returning car I was negotiating a price at the dealer. After leaving I continued contact with David and Ken. David was home and he still helped me with coming to an agreed price. Ken was able to come to terms with me on the financing of the car that same evening giving me till the next day to decide what I wanted to do. I was glad I got the opportunity to negotiate a price that both sides were comfortable with and possibly favored me. During the process everyone was very courteous and polite. David especially got my attention when I first came there not even a minute went by and he asked if i was being helped. everyone being busy he walked me to the car outside even tho it was windy and chilly and he had no coat. In the end I was very satisfied with the entire experience. More
