I went because they have a good deal on the internet and I wanted that or something close to it. Of course, when I got there, they wanted me to consider another car a 2015 Sentra I believe. They said that they had special deals on those so I went for it. Well to make a long story short, they couldn't offer me the deal, they didn't offer at least some of the discounts listed, I was willing to give a $1500.00 down payment which would have made up somewhat whatever incentives my mom didn't qualify for. The only thing I know is that the $39.00 monthly lease payments is just an illusion. They wanted a $169 + tax payment for 36 months. We decided to walk. Then when the GM saw as leave he asked whether there was a problem, I said that the deal wasn't like they one the advertised and the one we wanted. He said that he will honor it but not at the amount we sere seeking. I was willing to go up to $100.00 per month to make up for the difference but he said that I needed a $4500 down payment or something to that effect. Obviously, there were no incentive for us and we were pretty much done. I'll say avoid the dealership nothing but a bait and switch kind of establishment. More

Then I met sales mgr Mark on the phone and we were launched into a nightmare. Then Marisa turned. Shame on me for believing. The '16 Maxima is great, but get it elsewhere. We got another Mazda 6. I told them my max budget, was very firm that was my final number, and explained it would be a cash purchase... absolutely no financing. Sales person took me to brand new cars and then asked me how I would come up with the difference? I was firm... there is no other money and to please take me to the cars I can afford. She pulled out a used car, 4k over my max. Again, asked me where I was coming up with the extra money. She got her manager out, he asked, "If we can come to a deal will you purchase today?" I said no as I was planning to check out one other place. The sales person and the manager just turned around and walked away. Just because I wasn't purchasing that day didn't mean I wouldn't come back for the car after visiting the second place to compare. Totally bad service and lost out on a purchase. I'll make sure to get the word out not to visit this establishment. More

I have been stopped t Purchased my car back on July 25th, 2015 and as of November 5, 2015 still no vehicle registration. No Plates - No Nothing. I have been stopped twice by the California Highway Patrol since I have no Plates on the Car. Contacted California DMV and some poor guy named "Ivan" still is on the Title. Thankfully I have not received any tickets or poor "Ivan" would be getting all of them. Even Wells Fargo Bank is awaiting the registration. According Wells Fargo they have contacted the dealer numerous times for the title & registration with no response. Tried to contact the Glendale Nissan's General Manager Chris Paz. I made several phone calls a left messages with ZERO return calls. Worst Car Buying Experience in my Life. More

Arman lied, promised a car, I drove 540mi but it was sold! Arman lied, promised me a specific new car at agreed upon price, made me drive 540mi from out of state only to find out he sold the car the day before Arman lied, promised me a specific new car at agreed upon price, made me drive 540mi from out of state only to find out he sold the car the day before, then he tried to upsell me to a car $10,000 more! He is specifically named in other bad reviews on other sites. Wish I saw those before this happened to me: Fri 10/31/14 Called Glendale Nissan in CA, spoke to Arman. Informed him I wanted a new 2014 370z, base model, automatic, in Gun Metallic Gray or Black with no extras, and could pay at least $5000 down with better-than-average credit, and I saw 1 from Cars.com at his dealership for approx $28,700 but I want to verify the deal 100% before I drive 270mi from Las Vegas to Glendale for nothing on Sunday 11/02/14, my day off. Arman said to fill out PreApproval on their www.nissan1.com website to guarantee I get this car so I did. He called back and said I can't get that price, it would be a couple thousand more. I said I'd get a car at a different dealership. Nancy from Glendale Nissan called me 10mins later, asked if I wanted a car. I told her what Arman said and that I found a car somewhere else at my expected price. She transf me to Arman who said I could get that price all of a sudden which makes no sense, but I finalized the deal with Arman at the Cars.com listed price $28,699 (may be a few dollars off), again reminding him I DO NOT want to drive that far unless it is CERTAIN I can buy that car. Both he & Nancy assured me the PreApproval I filled out online guaranteed me getting this car. I Asked Arman if he was working Sun 11/02/14, he said he'd be there all day. I told him I'd leave Vegas @ 5am to get there at opening 9am. He said he'd be there. I even asked if there was anything else I had to do to make sure the car would be there because I'm not driving that far for nothing. Arman said I didn't have to do anything else, it would be there for me. I drove there Sun 11/02/14 and called when 30mins away, Nancy said Arman was off. Arman called me 5mins later and said the car was sold the day before and he was at home now and LAUGHED AT ME when I told him how angry I was. Im not a rich guy so my wasted time impacts me greatly. I want reimbursement for my time and gas wasted on the series of lies and empty promises Arman and Nancy made me go through for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING More
Used truck purchase I purchased a used dodge pick up truck from this dealership about 4 months ago. Here is my experience with this dealership. First, test drive went fin I purchased a used dodge pick up truck from this dealership about 4 months ago. Here is my experience with this dealership. First, test drive went fine no obviously mechanical or major cosmetic flaws. Next it was time for the whole financing nightmare. I was sat in an office with a sales manager named Robert or Ronald who was trying to test my intelligence on financing and vehicle valuation by offering me a price that was 2000$ over what I had negotiated with the internet sales manager. Finally when he noticed I was about to walk out the door he agreed to the previously negotiated price. I told them I would not purchase a used vehicle without a 48 hour cancellation policy in place so I could have my mechanic take a look at it. With a little resistance they finally agreed. The next day I take it to my mechanic who tells me there is over 2500$ worth of repairs needed on this vehicle including a leaking transmission pan gasket, main drive line seal, leaking oil pan, rack and pinion leaking, steering alignment off, and a leaking exhaust manifold (not sure how a vehicle can pass smog with this problem, that's a whole other legal issue I won't go into). I immediately get on the phone and I am promptly transferred to 3 different people. I sit on hold for 30 minutes waiting for the sales manager to pick up when the receptionist finally tells me that he is with a customer and then going home so he will not be able to take my call. So I am forced to take the day off work to drive up there before my cancellation policy expires and try to convince them that they sold me a vehicle with major mechanical issues. Some new manager tells me to go talk to service and they will take care of my issues. I let them take the truck to repair it and show up the next day to find that they have only fixed my leaking transmission pan. Which is about a 35$ part and 100$ of labor. At this point my cancellation policy is expired and I am forced to leave with a vehicle which has over 2300$ of mechanical repairs needed. I was told to bring the vehicle back 3000 miles later for my oil change and they would take care of the oil pan gasket. I take it back and they say they will not cover the cost and that they will need to keep the vehicle for 2-3 days to contact my warrantee company to fix it. In addition, they recommend I take it to a dodge dealership because they will understand the vehicle better. These repairs do not require a rocket scientist to fix it's simply a matter or replacing faulty gaskets. So I took my vehicle and left. I would advise anyone who is considering purchasing a used vehicle that even has low miles like mine to shop around, do your home work, and do not be pushed around by these people at Glendale Nissan. First, I did buy a Nissan Versa SL fully loaded in the color I wanted for a reasonable price from OC Nissan, Irvine; not Glendale Nissan. I will never shop there ever again. My suggestion is that you color I wanted for a reasonable price from OC Nissan, Irvine; not Glendale Nissan. I will never shop there ever again. My suggestion is that you should not go to this dealer. They have enough sales that they don't feel pressure to work with you to buy a car. They have a, "if you don't like our price, you can buy somewhere else attitude." They don't really want to work with you, or negotiate with you to buy a car. They just want to get you a huge loan, with a high APR and lock you into a car that you really don't want because they want you to believe that you will not get the deal anywhere else. Let me tell you I got the car I wanted and for just a little bit more that I could afford in cash at OC Nissan, Irvine. Our dealer at Glendale Nissan was just annoying us, not listening to what we were saying to him. We told the dealer what kind of car we wanted; what we wanted to pay for it, and he acted like we were crazy. We also told him that we had been saving and shopping for this specific car for months, so we do have an idea of what kind of deals we can get Versa SL for. They played hardball and didn't even try to work with us; and were very condescending. Honestly we weren't expecting a miracle price. We had told the dealer what we wanted to pay, what we were willing to pay, and his quote was so huge I told myself; that I should go try at another dealer. Even the manager wasn't willing to negotiate. They just weren't interested in our business at all. After all, I was offended because when you save for a car this long and are willing to pay outright for a car in cash; they should at least entertain a few ideas. They didn't even try. Worst of all, the dealer was giving us all these lame excuses why they couldn't give us a deal. He said something to the effect that we wanted the car for free. It was so offensive. If you do business here, you will get robbed of your earnings. Don't go to Glendale Nissan, take a little drive down south to Orange County where they know how to treat customers and give you the respect you deserve for your hard earned money or future hard earned money.
