TERRIBLE SERVICE, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE/LEASE ANOTHER NISSAN ALL BECAUSE OF THE EXPERIENCE I HAD IN GLENDALE. I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED IF I BROUGHT MY LEASED CAR IN FOR A CHECK UP BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER THE WARRENTY AND I HAD ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE, BUT SURE ENOUGH I WAS CHARGED $80'S TO REPLACE A BATTERY THAT WAS FAIRLY NEW, (USED FOR ONLY 13 MONTHS). I was greeted right away, taken out for a test drive. Serge, the salesman that helped me, explained the car and its features very well. I fell in love with the car. I came in when my lease was expiring and Serge made everything really easy for me, everything was explained really well. We just recently bought a Honda Civic at this dealership,the first time we saw it we already liked it and closed the deal the next day. Before leaving the store that night, we noticed that the ca dealership,the first time we saw it we already liked it and closed the deal the next day. Before leaving the store that night, we noticed that the car has worn out its paint on some parts of the roof and trunk(really bad). It was raining when we first saw it, even the salesman didn't know about that coz it wasn't in their car facts or info (nobody informed us about that). Before driving the car off the lot, we talked to one of the managers and he promised to take care of it. We hold on to his word because he said he was one of the Sales Manager. We gave them calls everyday, they made us come to the store many times still nothing happened. We tried to contact the higher level managers, they wanted us to pay more for the painting of the car. It took almost 1 month dealing with them,we gave up and so we just decided to have it painted by another store...painting the car on our own expense, because they are charging us too much...the other sales manager was telling us that we will just pay 25% for the whole car painted for the price they were giving us.they even offerred us trade in after that...why will you trust them again to get another NEW CAR they just wanted to get another sale for us topay more... In short, these people do not care about their customers, they just want to close a deal and then say goodbye. They don't have word of honor. We bought a car from Star Ford and we never had any problem dealing with them with our concerns. All we want here is for them to give us what was promised to us. Keep Their promise! More

I started my search for a Nissan Altima online. Shortly after submitting my information to search the best deals, I began to get calls from many dealerships. Jose was very nice and not overly aggressive on the phone, and he answered my questions very informatively, so I scheduled a test drive appt. When I got to the lot, the staff was friendly and brought Jose over so that he could start showing me their car selection. I dreaded the car buying process, but Jose made it easy and stress free (and he stayed over 3 hours past his scheduled shift to help me-- yes, I know, they make commissions, but still, I never felt rushed which I appreciated). The hardest part was deciding what color I wanted. But to make my decision process easier, he pulled the cars next to each other so that I could see them side by side. The finance part is a lengthy step, but Howard (aka Roger) was personable. He went over all of the details (which there are a lot) and made sure that I understood everything. My car was cleaned up and gassed up before I was given the key. I was even given a tour of the service side of property so that I would know where to go when I came back to have any type of work done. I drove away in my brand new car very excited and happy. The next day I had to deal with my old car left on the lot. So I called Jose and he was great. He said they would keep my car on the lot until I could make arrangements to have it picked up by a donation company. thanks Glendale Nissan! More

This was my second time around with Glendale Nissan. In Feb 2008 had my first experience with this dealership. They delivered both cars to my residence at that time in Orange County. Last month I leased from them again, this time with the help of two outstanding people. The Director of Fleet Sales, Brandon Wishengrad & Director of Service. Mike Villano, both gentalmen couldn't do enough to make me happy in every conceivable way. I found the entire staff to be friendly and extremely helpful. By the way, I drove down to Glendale from Monterey CA, yes thats over 300 miles. I have recommened Brandon Wishengrad already and will continue to do so. He is a standup guy & a huge compliment to this organization, someone I will do Business with again.
