I started my search for a Nissan Altima online. Shortly after submitting my information to search the best deals, I began to get calls from many dealerships. Jose was very nice and not overly aggressive on the phone, and he answered my questions very informatively, so I scheduled a test drive appt. When I got to the lot, the staff was friendly and brought Jose over so that he could start showing me their car selection. I dreaded the car buying process, but Jose made it easy and stress free (and he stayed over 3 hours past his scheduled shift to help me-- yes, I know, they make commissions, but still, I never felt rushed which I appreciated). The hardest part was deciding what color I wanted. But to make my decision process easier, he pulled the cars next to each other so that I could see them side by side. The finance part is a lengthy step, but Howard (aka Roger) was personable. He went over all of the details (which there are a lot) and made sure that I understood everything. My car was cleaned up and gassed up before I was given the key. I was even given a tour of the service side of property so that I would know where to go when I came back to have any type of work done. I drove away in my brand new car very excited and happy. The next day I had to deal with my old car left on the lot. So I called Jose and he was great. He said they would keep my car on the lot until I could make arrangements to have it picked up by a donation company. thanks Glendale Nissan! More
This was my second time around with Glendale Nissan. In Feb 2008 had my first experience with this dealership. They delivered both cars to my residence at that time in Orange County. Last month I leased from them again, this time with the help of two outstanding people. The Director of Fleet Sales, Brandon Wishengrad & Director of Service. Mike Villano, both gentalmen couldn't do enough to make me happy in every conceivable way. I found the entire staff to be friendly and extremely helpful. By the way, I drove down to Glendale from Monterey CA, yes thats over 300 miles. I have recommened Brandon Wishengrad already and will continue to do so. He is a standup guy & a huge compliment to this organization, someone I will do Business with again. I was looking to get a Nissan and drove by the lot on a side street on my way to running an errand in Glendale, when these two guys from the sales lot tried to wave me down to see their cars. I waved them off as I had to finish an errend and these two sales guys rudely flip me off. I stopped an asked them who their manager was and they joined a group of other sales reps who started clowning around like they were high school kids. They started saying things in Armenian and laughing. Needless to say, I went eleswhere to eventually buy my Altima. After calling their office and complaining to the manager about his sales crew, I ended buying my new Nissan by Universal Studios. More
This dealer got me rethink about their honesty over time, first, they gave me a great deal over emails. When I got there, the car wasn't in BRAND NEW condition at all! big scratch on one side of the bumper, first, they gave me a great deal over emails. Oh, and the pilot mirror was missing!! But I have to say, Jose was pretty friendly and he worked so hard of getting me of buying this car, its a 2010 White Cube 1.8SL btw. And it is a pretty good deal (I think) after all so I bought the car with all the promises they gave me that they will fix everything, and its all written on papers to be safe. So before I leave that day, I asked Jose if he can give me a good discount on a cargo organizer. He said he'll give me employee discount on it but he has to call me back to make sure they have it in stock. So he did call me back on the very next day, told me original price is $220 and $189 with employee discount. I didn't get it right away, I looked online at mynissanparts.com, its regular price is $189 and its on sale for $165!! I would not want to go back to this dishonest dealer again. More

Spend your money somewhere else - if you are looking for a Nissan you cannot go wrong with Carson Nissan; see Frank Bachman or Linda Webber and they will take great care of you. More
The employees were initially very friendly but as we started to discuss on the price they started getting RUDE. The sales person there abused my wife just because she said WE NEED TO DISCUSS BEFORE WE B started to discuss on the price they started getting RUDE. Very Importantly the cars there are overpriced. If you visit do not expect to be treated well. They donot care what you think, i would recommend going to different NISSAN dealers as these guys are not only rude but are here to over charge you. BEWARE and thus I would recommend donot go for this dealer. More
Went to this dealership with two things in mind low car payments and low total out the door price I got both. I also got one of the best vehicles on the market a Nissan Maxima which has one of the highest payments and low total out the door price I got both. Said whatever it took to bring me in to the dealership. Right when I get there, they said the car I wanted was sold. There they wasted 3 hours of my time trying to push cars and deals that I did not want. Right when I get there, they said the car I wanted was sold. So they basically lie to get you in, don't deliver anything as promised and give you ridiculous prices. Avoid at all costs! More
Went in to try to purchase a used Sentra. To make a long story short I was not approved for the loan. After they had cashed my downpayment and had let me drive the car of the lot. They called me back saying story short I was not approved for the loan. After they had cashed my downpayment and had let me drive the car of the lot. They called me back saying that we have bad news, you have to bring the car back. That I could understand, it's really up to the banks if they want approve your loan or not. The bad thing about this dealership is they took over 3 months to return my $300 downpayment. Imagine for a lousy $300 dollars they had me jumping through hoops. Such a dissapointment for a so called high volume dealership. I spoke to several "managers" with no success. I actually had to speak to the general manager in order to get my $300 back. Oh by the way every so called finance manager I spoke said "I will call you back, let me look into this" I did not get a single return call from any of them. More
