TERRIBLE SERVICE, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE/LEASE ANOTHER NISSAN ALL BECAUSE OF THE EXPERIENCE I HAD IN GLENDALE. I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED IF I BROUGHT MY LEASED CAR IN FOR A CHECK UP BECAUSE IT WAS NISSAN ALL BECAUSE OF THE EXPERIENCE I HAD IN GLENDALE. I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED IF I BROUGHT MY LEASED CAR IN FOR A CHECK UP BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER THE WARRENTY AND I HAD ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE, BUT SURE ENOUGH I WAS CHARGED $80'S TO REPLACE A BATTERY THAT WAS FAIRLY NEW, (USED FOR ONLY 13 MONTHS). I was greeted right away, taken out for a test drive. Serge, the salesman that helped me, explained the car and its features very well. I fell in love with the car. Went in to make a deal, spoke with the Serge, the salesman that helped me, explained the car and its features very well. I fell in love with the car. I came in when my lease was expiring and Serge made everything really easy for me, everything was explained really well. He helped me return my lease with no problem and got me a great deal on a new 2 everything really easy for me, everything was explained really well. We just recently bought a Honda Civic at this dealership,the first time we saw it we already liked it and closed the deal the next day. Before leaving the store that night, we noticed that the ca dealership,the first time we saw it we already liked it and closed the deal the next day. Before leaving the store that night, we noticed that the car has worn out its paint on some parts of the roof and trunk(really bad). It was raining when we first saw it, even the salesman didn't know about that coz it wasn't in their car facts or info (nobody informed us about that). Before driving the car off the lot, we talked to one of the managers and he promised to take care of it. We hold on to his word because he said he was one of the Sales Manager. We gave them calls everyday, they made us come to the store many times still nothing happened. We tried to contact the higher level managers, they wanted us to pay more for the painting of the car. It took almost 1 month dealing with them,we gave up and so we just decided to have it painted by another store...painting the car on our own expense, because they are charging us too much...the other sales manager was telling us that we will just pay 25% for the whole car painted for the price they were giving us.they even offerred us trade in after that...why will you trust them again to get another NEW CAR they just wanted to get another sale for us topay more... In short, these people do not care about their customers, they just want to close a deal and then say goodbye. They don't have word of honor. We bought a car from Star Ford and we never had any problem dealing with them with our concerns. All we want here is for them to give us what was promised to us. Keep Their promise! More
