Great Sales team. I went to this dealer after bad experience with Metro Nissan of Redland. They are 1st class dealership with good business practices. Joon Yi gave me a price from their internet sa experience with Metro Nissan of Redland. They are 1st class dealership with good business practices. Joon Yi gave me a price from their internet sales and Chris took care me with approval from Tony. There was no hassle and firm agreement. I would work with this sales team again. More
During the 4th of July sales event I decided to have my vehicle appraised. I was in fact in the market for a USED Nissan Quest LE. Before I knew it I was being shown NEW Quest SV's. I had to ask repeatedly vehicle appraised. I was in fact in the market for a USED Nissan Quest LE. Before I knew it I was being shown NEW Quest SV's. I had to ask repeatedly about what my car was appraised at. I did like the initial dealer, Frank. However during our meeting another dealer joined in. He was extremely pushy and I was immediately irritated. Now I can't explain why I gave him my information to run my credit but before I knew it I was financed. I haven't had a job in 3 years and my husband wasn't put on the loan at all. How you finance an unemployed person with absolutely no proof of income is beyond me. I was so overwhelmed with being pushed by 2 guys into a new car that it never occurred to me how weird it was that he asked for my work HISTORY, and wrote it down. I was also told that I could write a post dated check for 30 days for a down payment. Obviously, I didn't have a down payment because I wasn't ready to purchase a vehicle. I hate that I was bullied into a car, at several points I told myself this was a terrible idea. But in less than 2 months we would have officially grown out of our car since I am nearly 8 months pregnant. So with a bored 5 year old and a sleepy and hungry 15 month old ready to leave, I signed my life away. That Saturday I noticed that they deposited the check, sending my account into significant negatives. We had NO money and it was Saturday morning. Raced over to Glendale Nissan and received several "we can help you Monday morning"s. I don't have time nor the patience for this. Finally after speaking with SEVERAL men about the situation I was handed over to Dennis. At least, that's what he said his name was. After HOURS of waiting around and talking my head off about what happened he again assured me first thing Monday morning it would be solved. I am sick and tired of all these people by this point. Give me my old car, take this van back and let's forget I EVER walked into this place. I felt lied to, I felt tricked, I felt offended SEVERAL times. I was even told that I was really mad BECAUSE I was pregnant. You know, those crazy hormones make women irrational. Well, Dennis said that I could get a lawyer if I wanted to because they wouldn't take the car back. Some time later they did eventually have someone from the business office come in and cut me a check for the down payment amount and to cover the 2 overdraft charges I had already received. I was also told that I should be grateful because they wouldn't have done that for anyone, which is funny because it was about 3 hours of "there's nothing we can do until Monday" and "we can't take the car back" NO, it's not that you CAN'T, it's that you wont. And I wanted an SL, it wasn't until I finally got to drive the car did I realize that we had an SV and over half of the desired features, some of my must haves were not there. The other guy kept telling me that the used 2011 was VERY different from the new 2013 inside and that I would be missing out on a lot of the things in a 2013. Really? Because the used 2011 LE had everything I wanted and more, for about $5,000 less. I have already told the 400+ friends on my facebook list about my experience. I received a flyer for the 4th of July sales event from Martin Cuevas which said everyone would get a free gift, we didn't. I also found out by a young dealer who was assigned to explain our vehicles features to me to buy some time and distract me that since I bought a new car I should have received vouchers for 2 free oil changes, never got that either. I used to have my Murano serviced at this dealership, I was treated nicely enough, things are very expensive there. I will never return to this dealership, NOT to purchase anything, NOT to service anything, NOT even to use the restroom. More

At first I thought my experience would be bad and the prices would of been outrageous, until about a week ago that I decided to go the dealership for service and boy was I surprised. My car was being che prices would of been outrageous, until about a week ago that I decided to go the dealership for service and boy was I surprised. My car was being checked in within minutes of my arrival. Luciano was explaining to me how the process of getting my car fixed would go about. He answered every question I had and left me feeling confident and secure that I had gone to the right place. He told me that he will call me the next day to tell me the prize and to tell me how long it will take to fix it. The prize was low compared to other places I had checked. I told him that if I had time to think about it and if it was okay to leave my car there meanwhile I thought it out, he gladly agreed. Two days later I told him to fix it, the next day I had a courtesy shuttle at my door step and gave me a ride to the dealer where my car was fixed plus they gave it a long needed car wash. I'm extremely satisfied with Glendale Nissan service. Thanks Luciano and crew. -Yesenia A. (Nissan Altima 2009) More
On Saturday I received a quote from a Nissan dealership about a vehicle I was very interested in. I decided to stop by Glendale Nissan since it was 5 minutes from my home and the dealership that gave me th about a vehicle I was very interested in. I decided to stop by Glendale Nissan since it was 5 minutes from my home and the dealership that gave me the quote was 30 minutes away. When I arrived at Glendale Nissan I was greeted by a nice gentleman that was in the sales department. I told him that I was on my way to another dealership but decided to stop by here first since it was closer to my home. He introduced me to a sales manager which was also friendly and he said if I am really interested in the purchase of a 2013 Maxima/Pearl White/sports pkg/Nav.tech pkg. he would have no problem getting me that car and make sure that his price for that car would make me happy. Well, when that orginal salesman sat me down to give me some price figures they were really high and I could not believe that car was $50,000.00 plus. I aksed him if he was interested in seeing the quote on my smartphone and he said " Sure", I showed him the quote and withing seconds from him seeing it he slammed his paperwork down on the table and told me to get out and go elsewhere. I went straight to the other dealership and purchased the car at even a lower price that he orginally quoted me. I Love my new 2013 Nissan Maxima and this is my 5th Maxima I have purchased New. I was never rude to that salesperson and he could of just said I'm sorry we can't match that price. More
Glendale Nissan dealer is the worst dealer ever/terrible "service" provided/starting with their customer service managers Mayra Comador and Mike Villano, they both lack professionalism and basic customer se "service" provided/starting with their customer service managers Mayra Comador and Mike Villano, they both lack professionalism and basic customer service skills, and that tells me a lot about their so called "management" skills. Accordingly ,do not have to much expectations for Customer service not at Glendale Nissan. These people are NOT there to provide you with Service, they simply expect every single customer to DUMP thousands of dollars into their car so they can stay employed. More
Brandon Wishengrad is learning the car business from the best: His Father, Barry Wishengrad. I've been buying cars from Barry since the 1990's. Although I always check out other dealerships, I inevitibly best: His Father, Barry Wishengrad. I've been buying cars from Barry since the 1990's. Although I always check out other dealerships, I inevitibly buy from Glendale (Nissan & Infiniti). The Wishengrads in Glendale continuously provide a good product at a great price. I have lately been buying Nissans because the economy is causing me to be more cautious with my money. I bought an Altima a couple of months ago and have no regrets. This car has everything I need and the price was thousands below what I expected. I will probably be able to sell it in a few years for a considerable amount of money because I know Nissans rarely break down. And, if they do, Glendale Nissan has a reliable staff in the Service Department that will come to my rescue. I can then take that money and buy another (new) Nissan. Or, maybe an Infiniti. Either way, I know that Barry and Brandon will take good care of me. They make all their customers feel special. More
