I was told that my recall would be fixed once they got the piece. When I went in for my next service it was not discussed with me even though I put it on the checklist to be done at the dealer. Another time I was given a checklist for my fluids and it stated that my coolant levels were good. When I got home, my husband checked and I had no coolant. I then had to go back out and buy coolant. Bruce was very professional and courteous, kept me up to date with repair on my car. Was helpful in directing me in getting to the appropriate people involved in getting my car repaired. Had issues earlie date with repair on my car. Was helpful in directing me in getting to the appropriate people involved in getting my car repaired. Had issues earlier from Corporate Toyota in being rude to me when I had questions regarding my warranty on my car. Told me there was no where else to go, they were the top rung and the end.
