I went in for an oil change. I was told it would be 1 hour. At 2 hours I went back into the service center and asked about my car. Per the tech someone put the paperwork on the techs desk while she was a hour. At 2 hours I went back into the service center and asked about my car. Gilchrist GMC performed a recall service on my Denali and repaired the air conditioning, all of which was under warranty. Things went well once the scheduling fiasco was worked out. I originally scheduled my appointment on line. The only reasonable time was at 7 AM. I showed up at 7 only to find everything closed. I called and was I originally scheduled my appointment on line. The only reasonable time was at 7 AM. I showed up at 7 only to find everything closed. I called and was told that the service department didn't open until 9. I had been receiving emails and texts about every two days prior reminding me of the 7 AM appointment. I was later called back at about 8:15 telling me to bring the car in even though I was told they didn't open until 9. Very confusing and certainly not coordinated causing me 2 trips to the dealership. More
