I went in for an oil change. I was told it would be 1 hour. At 2 hours I went back into the service center and asked about my car. Per the tech someone put the paperwork on the techs desk while she was a hour. At 2 hours I went back into the service center and asked about my car. Per the tech someone put the paperwork on the techs desk while she was at a personal appt so I was overlooked and my car was done. Frustrating! More

They told me that it would cost $145 to find the issue at least 1 hour evaluation... They called me after less than 20 mins that they figured out the issue. I asked them to reduced the rate due the fact it w least 1 hour evaluation... They called me after less than 20 mins that they figured out the issue. I will not be taking my truck back to this facility... More
