Great service from a great dealership I took my 2019 GMC Sierra Denali pick up in for its first oil change and tire rotation. Simple tire replace I was at your dealership to get four tires replaced, my appointment was at 8:00 and it took your tech three hours to replace four tire on my truck whi I was at your dealership to get four tires replaced, my appointment was at 8:00 and it took your tech three hours to replace four tire on my truck which I thought was an unreasonable amount of time, scheduled another appointment in Tacoma for 10:00 that should have been no problem meeting, but had to cancel because of taking three hours for tires to be replaced. Good price,horrible customer service. I got a good price on my vehicle but the customer service here is horrific. After buying my car, not once did the dealership including my salesperson I got a good price on my vehicle but the customer service here is horrific. After buying my car, not once did the dealership including my salesperson reach out and ask how things were going. I found the sales manager to be pushy and rude. I wasn't offered snacks or coffee though it took hours to finish my sale, until I was leaving. They appeared to just make me wait to tell me the finance options so I'd be less likely to give up after investing so much time. It took weeks of calling multiple times to get the person who does license and registration work to send my paperwork to Oregon. I had a GM rebate that they failed to tell me I had to send paperwork to GM. They said they would take care of it and I was charged an extra month payment for my previous car because of this and had to contact them multiple times. So I would say if you don't mind incompetent service with people who care nothing about you as a customer, then this is your place to do business👍. More

He got me into the car I wanted for well under budget (Brand new 2017 Chevy Spark LS for $9,800! I'm from Oregon, so no sales tax). The whole experience was great, no hassles, everything was smooth sailing, and everyone at the dealership was really friendly. Josh answers his phone every time I have a question (which happens.... a lot...). I'm a super happy customer, I'd absolutely buy my next car from Josh + Gilchrist!!! More
