There was a lot of confusion from the beginning since the service department didn’t listen to me about was was wrong. Finialy they listened and ordered the part. I asked to have an oil change done at time o service department didn’t listen to me about was was wrong. Finialy they listened and ordered the part. It was rude and I took the car to another place for service not related to warranty. More

Oil change I think the "Service Dept" should be marked more clearly. I wasted 10 minutes standing in the wrong line (I was the only one) being ignored by 2 girl I think the "Service Dept" should be marked more clearly.
