All the employees in the service center were very friendly and funny. While I was waiting they kept checking to see if I needed anything, which I think is awesome customer service. The phone call the next day was a welcome surprise. They wanted to know if all my needs were met. Gilbert Ford has excellent employees as well as customer service.
