I bought a computer for my car and it came with two uncut keys programed to the new computer. I took the keys to Gilbert Ford to have them cut and Chad the parts manager messed up both keys and won't turn th keys programed to the new computer. I took the keys to Gilbert Ford to have them cut and Chad the parts manager messed up both keys and won't turn the ignition. "He did it on purpose" they had me tow the car to them and they said it was a faulty computer. I then towed it to hitek auto and they had no problems making the keys. Gilbert Ford is refusing to pay for the mistake they caused. More
