Worst experience. Had zero problems getting an appointment to view a car and zero problems purchasing that car the same night but… after that it was all downhill. Took 2.5 weeks to get the car registered which would have been ok if the dealership communicated with me and let me know what was going on but they did not. I was told the car would be ready on two occasions and it was not. Luka (salesman) returns calls never and takes days to respond to a text message. When the car was finally ready and delivered to me it still had stuff inside the door from the previous owner and also papers with the previous owners name and address on them in the glovebox. Another issue was the front headlight had water/moisture inside it and I’ve texted/called Luka but have not received a call back yet. Buy elsewhere! More

He showed as several models and was able to work within our price limitations to help us find the perfect vehicle without any pressure. We left that day having purchased just the right car at a great price! Savian helped get all the paperwork through and spent time walking us through the features of the car before we drove it away. We would definitely return to Gervais because of this experience. More
