The service at the dealership was excellent. For that I will rate them 5 stars. I was very disappointed with the coupon I used from their website. I thought I was going to get an oil change and For that I will rate them 5 stars. I was very disappointed with the coupon I used from their website. I thought I was going to get an oil change and tire rotation done for $69. Upon a closer look the tire rotation was another $20. I drove 80 miles round trip thinking I was going to get a good deal. I could have gotten my tires rotated for free by my house. I won't make that mistake again. More

Germain Honda of Surprise answered my call on the Friday before Memorial Day at 4 in the afternoon. I needed a new alternator and they were able to accommodate me. I took the car into the dealership at ab before Memorial Day at 4 in the afternoon. I needed a new alternator and they were able to accommodate me.
