Happy Repeat Gerald Subaru Buyer - We've been bringing a 2014 Subaru Forester, purchased at Gerald Subaru of North Aurora, back in for regular service since we bought it 8 years ago. We just traded it for a 2014 Subaru Forester, purchased at Gerald Subaru of North Aurora, back in for regular service since we bought it 8 years ago. We just traded it for a fabulous new 2021 Forester Touring which checks all our boxes. Aside from the great vehicles, one reason is the great friendly service and support we've enjoyed from Gerald over all these years. Worry and trouble-free motoring at its best. Plus, we love their superb new showroom and service area with a nice customer waiting area with free drinks and snacks including my favorite, Starbucks coffee! We just wish we lived a little closer so we could get the free carwash more often! The sales process was very professional and not at all high pressure. Brief service check after purchase was quick and courteous even though we just stopped in unannounced. More

We came to test drive a specific outback limited XT and set up an appointment with Nicole Iacullo with the intention of purchasing. She was very responsive when I was corresponding with her to set up our appointment. We arrived a little early and she was busy with another customer. She greeted us at our time and then informed us that the car we arranged to see was not available. The car was taken home by the finance manager. Didn’t know that employees take new cars home for personal use. Nicole gave us to another sales person who provided another car to drive. After we drove the outback, we pretty much were so disappointed by the whole experience that I realized I don’t want to ever purchase a car from this dealership. Why set up an appointment and waste my time. When we left, Nicole didn’t even notice. More
