We came to test drive a specific outback limited XT and set up an appointment with Nicole Iacullo with the intention of purchasing. She was very responsive when I was corresponding with her to set up our a set up an appointment with Nicole Iacullo with the intention of purchasing. She greeted us at our time and then informed us that the car we arranged to see was not available. The car was taken home by the finance manager. Didn’t know that employees take new cars home for personal use. Nicole gave us to another sales person who provided another car to drive. After we drove the outback, we pretty much were so disappointed by the whole experience that I realized I don’t want to ever purchase a car from this dealership. Why set up an appointment and waste my time. When we left, Nicole didn’t even notice. More
