Prior to my visit to Gerald Subaru of North Aurora I contacted several Subaru dealers in the Chicagoland area asking for quotes on a particular trim of the Crosstrek. Right off the bat, Gerald of N.Auro contacted several Subaru dealers in the Chicagoland area asking for quotes on a particular trim of the Crosstrek. Right off the bat, Gerald of N.Aurora supplied me with a quote without any hassle AND it was the best price around. Their quote on my trade-in worked out well, so we were in business. Big Jon DeWig, our dedicated sales specialist, was very knowledgeable about the car. He took the time and care to show us why driving a Subaru is smart and fun. His enthusiasm for the job is impressive, especially considering he’s been at Gerald for well over 20 years. He makes every step of the process approachable and easy to understand. I told my wife afterwards that I could never do that job to which my wife replied, “That’s why there’s Big Jon.” Big Jon really gets a kick out of all that geeky motorhead stuff, and he shares it in a way that’s very relatable and easy to understand for those of us who normally see cars as a box on wheels. I knew I wanted all-wheel drive for the snow, but learned from Big Jon that AWD actually makes for a better every-day driving experience. We also had a fun time checking out all the bells of whistles. It’s really remarkable how much Subaru puts into an entry-level vehicle like the Crosstrek. As the Z kids say, “It’s noice!” More

Finishing my experience with Brian McGinley in sales who was also wonderful. He was knowledgeable and very helpful in going over the vehicle and it's features. He also let me know about all available packages and warranties that I could benefit from without trying to sell me anything I didn't want. They ran as a great team. More
Happy Repeat Gerald Subaru Buyer - We've been bringing a 2014 Subaru Forester, purchased at Gerald Subaru of North Aurora, back in for regular service since we bought it 8 years ago. We just traded it for a fabulous new 2021 Forester Touring which checks all our boxes. Aside from the great vehicles, one reason is the great friendly service and support we've enjoyed from Gerald over all these years. Worry and trouble-free motoring at its best. Plus, we love their superb new showroom and service area with a nice customer waiting area with free drinks and snacks including my favorite, Starbucks coffee! We just wish we lived a little closer so we could get the free carwash more often! The sales process was very professional and not at all high pressure. Brief service check after purchase was quick and courteous even though we just stopped in unannounced. More
