His enthusiasm for the job is impressive, especially considering he’s been at Gerald for well over 20 years. He makes every step of the process approachable and easy to understand. I told my wife afterwards that I could never do that job to which my wife replied, “That’s why there’s Big Jon.” Big Jon really gets a kick out of all that geeky motorhead stuff, and he shares it in a way that’s very relatable and easy to understand for those of us who normally see cars as a box on wheels. I knew I wanted all-wheel drive for the snow, but learned from Big Jon that AWD actually makes for a better every-day driving experience. Aside from the great vehicles, one reason is the great friendly service and support we've enjoyed from Gerald over all these years. Worry and trouble-free motoring at its best. Plus, we love their superb new showroom and service area with a nice customer waiting area with free drinks and snacks including my favorite, Starbucks coffee!
