Service personnel are always very respectful and accommodating. Last night during the snowstorm, my low tire pressure light went on. Delivering Meals on Wheels in the morning I had found a 3" screw accommodating. Last night during the snowstorm, my low tire pressure light went on. Delivering Meals on Wheels in the morning I had found a 3" screw in the parking lot by my car and had been worried I might have a flat. It was about 4:45pm when I called service. David Gonzazles told me if I could make it in by 5:30 they would be happy to fill my tires. It was about 5:10 when I finally made it in. I asked David if he could not just fill my tires but check my back tires (showing low) for an object since I am paranoid about getting a flat. He said his techs go home at 5:30 but one volunteered to stay a little later if necessary to complete the tire check. They checked all 4 tires with the spray and thankfully all are ok and my crazy mind was put at ease. Service is the most important thing to me when purchasing a vehicle - and your people are the best. I would not go anywhere else to get my Impreza serviced - your guys have always been honest and treat me with the utmost respect every time I come in. More

The service department is a bunch of thieves who don’t do repairs properly. Head gaskets replaced on a 03 Legacy and less than 9,000 miles later bad again because they did not machines the heads, anyone who repairs properly. Eric Zetterlof was our salesman for our new Outback. Eric was off the bat very informative. He went over all aspects of the Outback as we have never owned a Subaru before! Everything from Options, Safety features, and Steel construction type. I have never driven an Outback before and Eric's demonstration on the test drive was very informative. He gave us a great understanding and example of the adaptive cruise control, and steering system. I ended up purchasing a 2021 Outback through Eric and it was a very pleasant experience. He brought the whole experience to a personal level, and kept the buyer informed throughout the whole process. More

We did not do the "I'll have to talk to my manager" thing. Instead we talked about our proposals and reached a logical agreement. Then it was committed to writing.
