I posted this review over a year ago, and you are just now getting back to me. By the way, this is also the first response I have ever gotten back from anyone at Gerald Nissan Subaru. When I first starting having the issues with my XV, I called and left voicemails, emailed people, and as a last resort, just started posting things on public forms (such as this) with the hope of getting some response. The fact that it has taken over a year to get a response back from anyone proves the lack of commitment Gerald Nissan/Subaru has. I know other Subaru owners that have had issues, and the dealership offered to come pick up the car since it was still under warranty. Why did Gerald Nissan/Subaru never bother with that request? During the first 1000 miles of owning the car, I put 500 miles alone on it driving to-and-from Gerald Nissan. As for the car, Liberty Subaru is providing me the service that I need. They at least found the original problem, and assured me that it was fixed, although I am not convinced. The car is still very sluggish in extremely cold temperatures (such as today) and very recently has struggled during ignition.
