This review is actually for the Service Department. I'm on my 3rd lease from this place and my lease comes with 2 free oil changes. I used the first one and at the time, I asked the clerk to confirm the date by which I needed to get the 2nd. She said as long as I come before end of year, it should be fine. So I made an appointment and again explained the situation to the man who made the appointment and he said yes, they should honor it. My husband took the car today to the appointment because I'm at home with our sick baby and the man at the dealer said no, they will not honor it and he would be charged $100. My husband left and called me, I called the dealer and the man I spoke to refused to help. He said my husband could pay or I can try the service manager who isn't in until Monday. Now, I live a good 40 minutes from this place, the only reason I've gone back to purchase or lease again and again has been because of the customer service. Well, I guess this guy doesn't care that I will never give this dealership my business again. More
