Your statement only confirms my review. You have no idea what is going on and no one wants to take responsibility for lack of customer service. Emails went back and forth and we were told "higher-ups" would be notified and contacting us. No emails or phone calls since that statement. Pretty clear the great job the "higher-ups" have done training everyone.
