I recently came in to get work done on my interior and exterior. Jaybee ended up taking care of me and when I tell you he took care of my car he took CARE of it. I was so impressed how exceptional my car exterior. Jaybee ended up taking care of me and when I tell you he took care of my car he took CARE of it. I was so impressed how exceptional my car looked. All the scratches and deep cuts I had in my interior were completely gone. On top of that Jaybee kept me informed everyday letting me know the status of my car and what needed to be done. At one point he explained that a portion of the discolored seat he would not be able to get it out. However, when I picked up my car I learned that he had his team look at it again, give it another try and boom! He got it completely out and looking normal again. My car looks brand new and it’s all thanks to him caring about what my car looked like as if it was his own. Amazing team and an amazing guy. Kevin the service manager, made sure I was taken care of as well. An exceptional team they have at this location. Would highly recommend! More

Chris was EXCELLENT to work with. I did not feel pressured and he was not pushy, everything I typically hate about shopping for cars. At first I was looking for a used car. My salesman, Gilbert Nathan, was very informative and showed me all your inventory that fit my wants. I bought a used Genesis at Gerald. The experience in the sales and finance department was as good as can be expected. My concerns started and ended in the Service department. See, in order for a car to be s sales and finance department was as good as can be expected. My concerns started and ended in the Service department. See, in order for a car to be sold as certified it requires a minimum tread depth on tires. To meet this requirement, Gerald put on Fuzion Sport UHD tires on my car, the cheapest and lowest rated tires in their class in multiple surveys. In the first rain after I bought the Genesis it lost traction. That's when I learned about the woeful tires Fuzion sells. When I pointed this out to on a Gerald customer survey the General Manager promptly contacted me and I thought the service was amazing. The net end result, however, after a week, was that they offered to sell me better tires at nearly the same price as I could get at any tire retailer. This was the result of them selling the tires at their retail price which is 75% higher than a tire dealer and after them taking a credit from the Fuzion dealer for their original purchase amount. In other words, they were seeking a profit on the transaction to make me whole. My advice? Do not assume buying a premium car at Gerald's nets you a premium service experience. Ensure the tires you are getting on your used certified car are reputable. And ensure your spare tire is in acceptable condition. I didn't do these things and it cost me about $700 more than I paid for the car because I didn't check these things out. More
