Best service department I've ever dealt with. Kevin and JB are quickly responsive to calls and go out of their way to take care of customers. My car started to make a loud knocking noise coming from the front end. I called, talked to Jesse, and the team squeezed me in to check it out. I was afraid it was something very serious. Well JB called to let me know the heat shield under the car came loose due to rusted screws and caused all the noise. I was never so glad to pay a repair bill !! Thanks guys, you're the best. And that's why I continue to go to Gerald Hyundai to have my car serviced. More

Jaybee did an excellent job for me. Very bad experience with this dealership. Starts with a saleswoman trying to appeal to our good nature by saying we would be her "first" sale and acting like a new employee who lacked confidence. Turns out saleswoman trying to appeal to our good nature by saying we would be her "first" sale and acting like a new employee who lacked confidence. Turns out she later slipped up and mentioned how she sold 2 vehicles the Saturday before. The manager tries to pretend he is giving us a great deal by offering the cash incentive offered by Hyundai on their website. More smoke and mirrors. Manager and finance guy try to sell me extended warranty and maintenance plan when the maintenance plan is actually included in all Hyundai purchases. Then, financer fails to enact the 90-day deferred payment offered by Hyundai. When I call him out on it later, he says it's my responsibility to bring it up, not his. I have to go back and resign finance paperwork. Both sets of finance paperwork go through and I end up with 2 LOANS FOR THE SAME CAR!!! I now have late payments on one of the loans because HMF has failed to reconcile them for me. Now I have late payments on my credit history. I tried emailing the manager to express my concerns before making a formal complaint, but no one bothered to respond. I feel like I have been taken advantage of. This experience was everything people hate about buying a car. Hoping the customer service department provides a better experience when I go to get my oil changed. More
