It was a Great experience from beginning to end. Sonny found the car and had it delivered to the dealership. He put it on hold until I could bring my wife into drive it. When I went to Gerald Hyundai to look at new cars I wasn't sure how this experience was going to go. The last car buying experience that I had was horrible it took 8 hours. And a big thank you to Mr Chino for getting me out of my upside mini van into a gorgeous VW Tiguan, which I love. He got me lower payments and payment free for the next 3 months. This is my 2nd time dealing with Gerald with a car purchase and both went smoothly. I am planning to keep this car for a while, I promise. He was friendly, not pushy and walked me through everything step by step and he made sure I was comfortable with what I was getting into. The manager Sonny Gjinoli was also really nice and went the extra mile to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Dany did a great job ensuring that it was a good experience for me and was adamant about the experience not ending with the purchase of the vehicle. He gave both his work and cell number in case I ever had any questions about the vehicle, service options, other vehicles, etc. Overall, the dealership was very clean with a friendly vibe.
