Like most people, I love driving a new car, BUT I have always hated the experience of the purchase ---- I hate all the games you have to go through to purchae a car. This is the first time I purchased a car when I truly felt everyone was there to help us. They truly did everything to satisfy our needs. They took the time to ask what we wanted. They didn't try to upsale. At one point when they saw we were struggling with the cost, they even showed us a less expensive car and didn't push for the one with more features. (We did end up with the one with more features). They were friendly, courteous, and helpful - very helpful. I have always felt that the sales people double talked us and I never knew if we ended up with what we bargained for. NOT this time. We walked out very comfortable with our purchase, and happy with it. John was our salesman and he did a wonderful job. Fabian was the manager on duty and he also was extremely friendly and helpful ---- not the typical "let me get manager and see what he can do". It wasn't that at all. Just friendly helpful and courteous people. And Eddy was the finance man we talked with. He, too, did a great job. He took the time to explain everything, never trying to be pushy. Oh, and I have to add that when I called in to ask a question, Dany answered and was also very helpful. All in all this was a wonderful experience, and I will gladly recommend the dealership and these people. Thank you all. More

As far as my rating of only 4 for quality of work: there were some scratches on the hood of the car, (I know that it came from another dealership so I don't blame Gerald for that at all) when the shop buffe were some scratches on the hood of the car, (I know that it came from another dealership so I don't blame Gerald for that at all) when the shop buffed out the scratches for me they did a horrible job of either over buffing or simply forgot to do the "swirl remover" stage of buffing and there are nasty swirl marks all over my hood now and it really bothers me. As far as my 4 rating for price: I wanted to agree on a total price of the vehicle and Mike kept switching me to payments. I didn't like that because I know the trick with the payments. However, despite my knowing better, I ended up falling for the payments trick anyways thanks to my wife rushing me. In looking at the end numbers, I feel like they basically took my trade in off of me for a third of the price they offered me because of the mark up on the total price for my purchase.
