Like most people, I love driving a new car, BUT I have always hated the experience of the purchase ---- I hate all the games you have to go through to purchae a car. This is the first time I purchased a car when I truly felt everyone was there to help us. They truly did everything to satisfy our needs. They took the time to ask what we wanted. They didn't try to upsale. At one point when they saw we were struggling with the cost, they even showed us a less expensive car and didn't push for the one with more features. (We did end up with the one with more features). They were friendly, courteous, and helpful - very helpful. I have always felt that the sales people double talked us and I never knew if we ended up with what we bargained for. NOT this time. We walked out very comfortable with our purchase, and happy with it. John was our salesman and he did a wonderful job. Fabian was the manager on duty and he also was extremely friendly and helpful ---- not the typical "let me get manager and see what he can do". It wasn't that at all. Just friendly helpful and courteous people. And Eddy was the finance man we talked with. He, too, did a great job. He took the time to explain everything, never trying to be pushy. Oh, and I have to add that when I called in to ask a question, Dany answered and was also very helpful. All in all this was a wonderful experience, and I will gladly recommend the dealership and these people. Thank you all. More
