I called Joe at night on the phone about a car they had in stock. After some negotiating we agreed on a price. I came the next day to pick up my vehicle. As I had not previously worked with this dealer, I was prepared to walk away if the terms were changed, price was adjusted, or extra fees were added. I was pleasantly surprised that everything was exactly as we had talked about the previous day. There were no excessive fees and everything was handled professionally. While the dealership closes at 9 pm, we were there til at least 10:30. I never felt pressured to hurry up or just sign some sheet. The finance manager, Eddie, explained the terms and offered a couple different add ons (GAP insurance, extended warranty). We declined and there was no pressure to say yes or to try to change terms of the loan. Our salesman, Joe, was knowledgeable and had started the paperwork even before we got there so expedite the process. I couldnt have been happier with our experience and would recommend this dealer to anyone. More

In January 4, 2012 Michael A. Hall did my buying experience extremely pleasant! I chose my Nissan Rogue before I was introduced to Michael by Tony Scaglione from next door Hyundai. He prepared two identical cars of different colors- sparkling clean, they was next to each other- it was very much fun to make a decision. The entire selling process was very pleasant!
