Gerald Hyundai

My wife and I initially met Brenden Hurd at Gerald Hyundai. We were thinking of buying a new Santa Fe, but during 2 succeeding visits, we gave thought to a new Tuscon before returning to our original Hyundai. We were thinking of buying a new Santa Fe, but during 2 succeeding visits, we gave thought to a new Tuscon before returning to our original plan of a 2012 Santa Fe. We did not make it easy on Brenden. We drove several vehicles and changed our minds more than once regarding what we were looking for in the way of trim and options. Through all our indecision Brenden was not only very helpful, but always considerate and patient with us us. He had an answer to every question we posed, and the few times he did not know the answer initially, he was forthcoming about it and then got us the information we requested. Based on my experiences dealing with automobile salespeople in the past, as well as during this vehicle search, I would say without reservation that Brenden is someone I would recommend to a friend or relative, and I NEVER thought I would say that about a car salesperson. Our time with Fabian Brooks was limited, but very pleasant. He seems a very cordial and knowledgeable person. It was very nice to close our deal and take care of the paperwork aspects with Curt Rice and Ed Sparti. Both gentlemen were very friendly and thoroughly professional. In short, our buying experience at Gerald Hyundai was actually more satisfying than I was expecting. My wife and I both left feeling we had been part of a fair, honest transaction and that we had dealt with people who are the exception, rather than the rule in the car selling industry. Gerald Hyundai should be grateful for employees such as Brenden, Fabian, Curt and Ed and do anything they need to in order to keep them as part of their team. As long as I keep dealing with these people, and others like them, I will be a Gerald customer. More
