We had agreed upon a price before we came in and both Pete and Dan honored that price, they played no games that most other dealerships do. After visiting several dealerships of several different makes I finally came to Gerald and met Pete Mendoza. Pete was very patient with my "distrust" and the interrogational questions that came with it. He explained all the features on the 2015 Sonata Limited w/ Tech Package I ended buying and made sure I was comfortable with everything. He also worked with to find any discount that would apply and helped us get what I think to be a fair price for what I got. He was very pleasant to work with and I recommend him. Brian ran out in the cold to bring various vehicles for me to test drive, while explaining every detail of each car. Once my purchase was complete, Brian personally setup my BlueLink service while also showing me how to use each option of the service and on the vehicle. Brian didn't want me to leave the lot without making sure I understand how to operate every aspect of the vehicle. But after speaking with Kyle I made a complete 180. He was on point, didn't give me the run around, and made me feel comfortable in a serious life decision. He gave ample information on each of my questions and was extremely accommodating as well. After my conversation with him I am now strongly rethinking getting a BMW and am leaning heavily toward a 2015 Genesis I would highly recommend Kyle to friends and family. I'm always skeptical with car buying given past experience, but I was put at ease with Kyle's friendly demeanor and honesty. More
